How to find clarity in confusion

Swamiji explains - Are you feeling confused and unsure about how to move forward in life? Let me share with you a powerful solution - embrace intense action! In this enlightening video, I reveal the secret to breaking free from confusion and making progress towards your goals. When I took on the responsibility of Madurai Adheenam, many people doubted my capabilities. But I knew that standing up for what I believed in and fulfilling my mission of spreading enlightenment was worth the challenges I would face. The seat of Madurai Adheenam became my source of strength and guidance. In moments of confusion and dilemma, taking up responsibility and expanding your actions can lead you towards clarity. However, I must confess that this responsibility was not a walk in the park. It required gathering all the pieces and putting them together to create something magnificent. Life, with all its complexities and struggles, is like a play. It may seem heavy and burdensome at times, just like the weight I carry wearing these rudrakshas. But that's the beautiful essence of life - it tests us, challenges us, and teaches us valuable lessons. To gain wisdom and overcome uncertainty, I turned to writing and transcribing my own discourses. It was an eye-opening experience that allowed me to delve deeper into the truths I shared. Every point and insight became clearer, revealing a systematic approach to understanding life's complexities. Hard work, not smart work, holds great power. I often say that hard work in a hostile situation can turn you into a leader. Just like navigating through the chaotic traffic of Kolkata, if you can drive there, you can drive anywhere in the world. The challenges I faced in spreading spirituality prepared me to inspire Tamil people and, ultimately, anyone around the globe. During the first ten years of my mission, I worked tirelessly, setting the standards and methods of reaching out to people. It was a period of growth, where I polished my skills and developed the ability to inspire others. Now, I am confident that I can touch lives and make a difference wherever I go. Let me assure you that embracing intense action and confronting hostility head-on can lead to personal growth and success. By standing up and taking charge, you can overcome confusion and find clarity on your journey towards enlightenment. So, if you're feeling lost or uncertain, don't hesitate. Take the leap, embrace intense action, and watch as clarity unfolds in your life. Join me in this transformative journey towards fulfillment and self-discovery. Conquer Doubt Through Action | Nithyananda Satsang | 02 Jun 2012 In (2nd June 2012) morning's talk on Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4 Verse 42, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) reveals the path to resolving confusion in our life. At moments when we are surrounded by chaos, or when we are unsure of what to do, we should immediately commit ourselves to intense action. When we initiate our creativity our consciousness spontaneously expands. Hard work raises us to keener awareness and carves us into leadership. If we find ourselves in the midst of adverse circumstances we should increase the intensity of our commitment. Ultimately we discover that we can accomplish more than we thought possible. We extend our capacity for efficiency and achievement. Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. The Gita was imparted by the enlightened Hindu incarnation Sri Krishna to the warrior-prince Arjuna over 5000 years ago. Amazingly, the spiritual wisdom and life solutions offered in the Gita are so universal and current that it is even today used as a personal transformation guide. Experience Is the Only Religion | Nithyananda Satsang | 27 May 2012 In(27th May 2012) talk on Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4 Verse 37, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) discusses the crucial value of personal experience to spirituality. Experience is the fire that burns away our ignorance. In Paramahamsa's beautiful words, "Experience flows into your system like a current and makes your mind stop functioning in the same patterns." Paramahamsa gives a strong technique to ascertain that we do not stop short of the ultimate experience possible in life. When we set goals for ourselves, we may cease to expand once they are achieved. If instead we invite the Divine to forever move us onward toward the ultimate, we will never settle down complacently before we have fulfilled our possibility. When we sit in meditation our prayer should be, "Let me not be contented before the ultimate experience is showered upon me." Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. Easiest Way to get Enlightened

A Clean Stomach Is Enough For Enlightenment! | Nithyananda Satsang | 25 May 2012 Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4 Verse 35, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) supplies a deeper definition for the term "clean stomach". Sri Krishna is not only talking about the physical stomach as is often translated. He actually refers to our hormonal space, to the status of our hormonal equilibrium. When we repeat the experience of internal chemical balance again and again, we create the alchemical shift to a physical state which embraces divine consciousness. This cleansing of our bio-memories -- establishing a "clean stomach" -- raises us into the zone of enlightenment. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Let's start the morning satsang. In Bhagavad Gita, 4th chapter, Jnanakarmasanyasa Yoga, 35th verse Yag-naatvaa na punar moham evam yaasyasi paandava Yena bhootaanya-sheshena drakshyas-yaatman-yatho mayi Translation : Experiencing which, O Pandava, you will not have this confusion once again, for you will discern that all life forms, with no exception, are in your own self as they are in me. It is such a pleasure to have knowledge bomb every morning. I don't know about you guys, I am having it. Such pleasant space in the morning; I wake up and take bath slowly in my own way. My way of taking bath is -- I need to have water in a huge tub, almost like a, what you need for elephant. Really, I cannot take bath with less quantity water, two bucket, three bucket. No! I can live without food but this cleaning is a big ritual for me. And still I do all the rituals; aachamaneeyam, everything, and then only I will take bath as prescribed by Manu. Manu says seven times you have to wash after you finish your motion. So seven times I use soap. I'll count. Sometime if I am in hurry, at least seven times I'll touch. And then my taking bath is like a - if you have seen the deity of Amritakateshwara, he will be sitting with two big vessels and pouring on his head. That's the way I'll take bath. Means the whole body will become cool. Now I have one more thing added -- Puja. In this Madurai Adheenam tradition I have to perform Shiv puja every morning. What puja I'll perform? The moment I sit, already in Samadhi! And, but I have my own way. I'll put little vibhooti and little kumkum, little sandal and little water and flower; all that and it'll take two hours for me. Because by the time I put kumkum I'll fall into Samadhi. Then again settle down and pour little water. Anyhow after all that I come and sit here. It's like in pure inner space, a bomb -- a knowledge bomb. This what exactly I want even you guys to experience. Morning have enema so that stomach is clean, take bath, come with a fresh inner space and do the Guru puja. Then this energy bomb, the experience knowledge bomb falls on you. If your stomach is clean, this verse can directly become experience in you. See what is ultimate truth here -- Bhagwan says very clearly -- all life forms are part of your own self. That is the ultimate truth. Bhagwan says you forget again and again this truth because of confusion. Here Bhagwan is using word Moham. Na Aham is Naaham. Ma Aham is Moham. You surrendering yourself is Naaham. Namaha - Naaham. You being destroyed is Moham. Ma Aham -- Moham. If a horse comes and sits at your feet and obeys your command it is Naaham. Na Aham -- surrendering. You just throw a bomb at a horse and it dies and falls -- that is Moham. Ma Aham. The key word in this verse is Moham - Ma Aham. Bhagwan says 'All life forms are part of you'. This is the ultimate truth. But you again and again forget this truth because of Moham. Moham word should not be understood as a lust or greed. Please understand lust or greed is only the bomb. That is not Moham. Moham means destroying yourself - the confusion. Bhagwan says the Moham, the confusion takes away this truth - All life forms are part of you. It is being taken away from you again and again -- Punah Punaha. He says get into some experience which will not take away that ultimate from you again and again. It's a very subtle subject -- please listen intensely step by step. First all life forms are part of me. This is the truth. Now once you understand that sometimes you feel that, yes, if you take a handful of clay; if this is clay, If I understand this clay, if I know this clay thoroughly, then I know all the clay on the planet Earth thoroughly.

Imbibing the attitude of humble submission: To succeed against enemy's plot

Humbleness Makes Your Life Divine | Nithyananda Satsang | 24 May 2012 Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4 Verse 34, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) speaks on the importance of humility. When we relax into becoming humble our receptivity opens, and we are able to expand from every encounter. Even the trees and stones teach us. To experience their knowledge we must drop into a mode of receiving, of submission. This attitude of surrender raises us to the zone of divine consciousness as we connect deeply with all of life and merge our awareness with the whole universe. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Let us start our morning satsang, In Bhagavad Gita, 4th chapter Gnanakarma sanyasa yoga, 34th verse: "Tadviddhi pranipaatena pariprashnena sevayaa Upadeksyanti te jnanam jnaninastattvadarsinaha" The translation: Understand these truths: By humble submission through enquiry or by resorting to the one who has perceived, experience, the true and essential nature and who will instruct you to that Cognizance, who will transmit that experience to you. This verse is one of the popular verses of BhagavadGita . "Tadviddhi pranipaatena pariprashnena sevayaa Upadeksyanti te jnanam jnaninastattvadarsinaha". It's a very popular verse. Please understand the essence of enlightenment. Bhagavan says very beautifully understand these truths: By humble submission through enquiry or by resorting to the one who has perceived, experienced the true essential nature and who will transmit that experience to you. The key word in this whole sutra is "pranipatena paniprasnena sevaya". I will tell you, with humbleness and the attitude to imbibe if you move, every stone, tree will teach you. Forget about enlightened master teaching you, that will surely happen. But, if you carry this two attitude, attitude of humbleness and attitude of learning, receiving, imbibing. Yesterday I was talking to one of the bramachari, casually I was mentioning how this whole Madurai Aadheenam is going to be rebuilt. We are going to make the whole thing in to five floor. The opposite property is also going to be our five floor property. That is the maximum allowed limit by corporation. So we are planning and I was telling some of the minute details presented in Meenakshi temple architecture and Kasi Vishwanath temple. Actually I wanted this place to be representing the whole India. So some of the minute details in Varanasi and Meenakshi temple and there is a sun temple in Konarak Orissa which has the huge wheel with 12 spokes. So I was talking about all these minute details how this is going to be built. He was telling how do you see all the details bless us also to get that. Please understand so many people who live around me whether they believe I am enlightened or incarnation or not that is different. But all of them are baffled by my awareness and by my memory and the way I put things together. Seeing that everybody is shaken and baffled, that no doubt. It's non controversial. Only my incarnationhood expressing is non controversial but all the qualities of incarnationhood expressing is non controversial. It is non controversial. It cannot be refuted. But I will tell you, I tell you really, keeping Chokkanatha and Meenakshi as the witness I give you the secret of this quality; understand, humbleness and attitude of imbibing. When I look at the temple, when I look at an architecture, when I look at a set information, even when I take up a new book to read I completely submit myself with the attitude of imbibing. Understand, people who live around me would have observed, even if I get a new laptop or a machine I will hold it in my hand for few seconds, with all humbleness I submit, to imbibe you as part of me; even newspaper or any book! People who lived around me would have observed it. Anything I touch, first I surrender with humble submission, attitude of imbibing.

Establish Yourself in Self-Remembrance | Nithyananda Satsang | 20 May 2012

Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. The Gita was imparted by the enlightened Hindu incarnation Sri Krishna to the warrior-prince Arjuna over 5000 years ago. Amazingly, the spiritual wisdom and life solutions offered in the Gita are so universal and current that it is even today used as a personal transformation guide In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4 Verse 30, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) emphasizes the clarity of Sri Krishna's teaching. Krishna does not leave any space for misinterpretation in his description of prana samyama, the practice of self-remembrance. If we do not achieve recollection of the self by offering all of our actions to the prana, we cannot even reap the rewards of ordinary life, never mind advancing spiritually! This practice is so fundamental to living a fruitful existence that without it we cannot even call ourselves alive. Once we establish ourselves in self-remembrance, everything awakens within us and life becomes juicy and vibrant. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Yesterday officially we inaugurated our center in Sri Lanka Matta Kallapa, Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam is formed officially in Sri Lanka in Matta kallappa. I have donated from Dhyanapeetam one crore rupee and in Ceylon money 2.5 Crore. It will soon be transferred legally to Sri Lankan Institution. I have already allotted, now it will be transferred. All our social service activities in Sri Lanka, mainly for the people who were affected by the war will start in full fledged way. See, Tibetans are also persecuted but they lost their land. Tibetans lost their land but they survived by keeping their culture, spiritual tradition alive! Now, Sri Lankan Tamils also should do the same thing. You might have lost in the political war but don't lose in the cultural war. Keep your culture alive, keep your tradition alive, keep your spiritual strength alive. Through that you can come back always! You can always come back. See now Dalai Lama is having a big coming back. I hope and expect and bless Let Tibetans get their land back. Same way I assure O people of Sri Lankan Tamil, I assure - Keep your culture, spiritual tradition alive. You will get your land back. And today, I have one more wonderful news for all you guys -- 57 big organizations, not small, Big organizations are gathering today together in Madurai to have Madurai Adheenam Protection Committee. Please understand, 52 big organizations. Actually in that -- one organization has 4300 organizations under them. So, totally around 4350 organizations are supporting us. Today they are all gathering to give a press meet. And I've also one more good news for you guys -- 400 people have taken up yesterday - the praana samyama. The praana samyama is now being practiced from day before yesterday by 400 people across the world and once you all complete the 21 days, I'll initiate you all in hunger-free and thirst-free samyama and now I have been very successful in making your system function without losing energy or any basic things and without having food. I'm very successful in initiating people. We'll be able to do it. Let's enter into today's satsang, In Bagavad Geeta 4th chapter Jnana Karma Sanyasa Yoga 31st verse. "Yagya-Shishtaa-Mruta-Bhujo Yaanthi Brahma Sanaatanam Naayam Lokostya-yagnyasaya kutonyak-kurusattama" Yagya-Shishtaa-Mruta-Bhujaha Yaanthi Brahma Sanaatanam, Naayam Lokosti yagnyasaya kutah anyaha kurusattama The new translation "The one who experiences the state of imperishableness that remains after sacrifice moves to the state of external expansion but for the one that does not sacrifice even this ordinary life is not there. What to say about other worlds, other states of being, O best among Kurus." If you understand this one verse, you will iunderstand the impact of praana samyama on your life. Bhagwan is continuously addressssing about praana samyama in this verse also. He says "having tasted the nectar of the results of such sacrifices" -- Please understand, here the word "sacrifice" means offering all your actions into praana -- means being established into praana, the self-remembrance, even while you are functioning in all actions, even while you are doing all actions. Bhagwan is continuing actually last 3 verses are on the same subject Praana samyama. He is telling you about the benefits and now he is telling - If you are not established in praana, self-remembrance, even this world you won't get., what about the other worlds -- forget about it. He is very clear. He is making it very clear categorically. Please understand -- Sri Krishna have a very logical and systematic, strategic brain! He is not Bhole Baba, like Shiva. If you read whole Shiva Sutras, not a single instruction is categorical! He says, if you want meditate on the heart center. If not meditate on the agnya centre. If not -- sit observing your breath. If you read the whole Shiva Sutras, it is all about options.

Unlocking self-awareness: a journey within

Meditation Technique For Centering | Nithyananda Satsang | 19 May 2012 Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4 Verse 30, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) continues his instruction on self-remembrance. When we offer all our actions to prana -- to the ability to recall what we are --we gain immense benefit even from very small effort. At first we may find it difficult to maintain this conscious recollection and still engage in the activities of daily life, but with repetition we can strengthen our skills and ultimately we are successful. Keeping a journal of each activity -- driving to work, taking a meeting -- allows us to gauge our progress. During the twenty minute drive, did we remember the self for each of those twenty minutes? By tracking our focus throughout the day, we polish and perfect our practice. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Today's satsang, 4th chapter in Bhagavad geeta -- Jnana Karma Sanyasa yoga 30th verse. Apare Niyataa-haaraha praanaan-praaneshu juhvathi Sarvep-yete yagna-bidaha yagnya-kshapita-kalmashaaha Having restrained taking food, others who know the power of sacrifice offer their life breath into the vital air Praana and have the sins thrown out by this sacrifice. See, yesterday I made it very clear. If you practice the Praana Samyama: the 3 things En-Chanting, Feeling connection, Unclutching. I will be able to easily lead you in to the hunger free samyama. Today Bhagwan is exactly describing the second samyama. "Having restrained taking food others who know the power of sacrifice, offer their life breath in to the vital air and have the sins thrown out by this sacrifice." Please understand, some of the basic truths. The basic sacred secrets you need to know from this life, from this verse is -- constantly offering all your actions into your Praana. What it means? Means -- during all your activities, how much ever it may be demanding -- without losing your self, completely centered. Being centered in eN-Chanting, feeling connection and unclutching. That is what Krishna means "offering all your actions in to Praana". Please understand, here Praana means the ability of self-remembrance; ability of being spiritual centered, enlightenment centered, atma centric, Higher self centered. That is exactly what is meant by the word Praana. All you need to do let the whole day your routine, your life be centered on this self-remembrance -- these 3 actions: eN-Chanting, feeling connection and unclutching. Whole day. Unfortunately some of your actions demand your complete attention, emotion, complete involvement. Even during those actions start empowering the moments of remembrance. Please understand -- start empowering. Many of your actions may demand your whole attention. In the beginning it may not be that easily possible for you to be centered on unclutching and eN-chanting and feeling connection. But I tell you -- any activity, any action is possible being centered on Praana just by little practice. That is why Krishna says in another one Bhagawad Geeta verse "even little bit of practice of this great science brings huge benefit. It's like a billions of rupees worth diamonds and gold is there in one room. You are doing only one small action -- opening the room. You'd have never imagined just that small action of opening the room will make you rich in one minute. You'd have never imagined such huge benefit will come by such a small action of opening the room. It was there in that room for ages, just now you got the key, you opened it, suddenly you saw -- Wow. It is all yours. Many time small actions you do does not bring big benefits. So you don't trust the small actions can bring big benefits. But rarely small actions do bring big benefits. This action -- the action of being Praana centered, even if it is small, practiced very little -- it brings huge benefits, great benefits. And I tell you, you will become so alive and productive. If you take 4 days of vacation and not being productive constantly, you are equivalent to dead. Now all we need to do is just put little more mud on your head and cover it. You already have clay in your brain -- you just need little more mud to cover your body. Just 4 days in your life continuously if you fall in to the laziness pattern, after that even you cannot help yourself. When you can't help yourself, neither God nor Guru can help you. Please understand whether Guru or God, even if they want to help you, they can't help you if you can't help yourself.

Jnansambhandar: The Divine Manifestation of Shiva's LeelasPreview0:17:54

Jnansambhandar: The Divine Manifestation of Shiva's Leelas

Empower your Self-Remembrance ( Prana Samyama ) | Nithyananda Satsang | 18 May 2012 In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) expands his previous description of Sundareshwara, the embodiment of Shiva who founded Madurai Adheenam. Sundareshwara did not manifest as the classical image of Shiva the tapasvya (ascetic). He was jovial, outgoing and fun-loving, a blend of Shiva and Krishna. His accomplishments can truly be named as leelas. Paramahamsa compares the action of leela upon human awareness to a river flowing with life-giving water, endowing the land around it with lush fertility. Such was the first incarnation of Shiva -- Chokanathur, Soma Sundareshwara, the epitome of graceful beauty. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Leela-Play of divine consciousness Alright, I will continue on the story of Thiru JnanaSambhandar. The 63 Leela's of Shiva; please understand, 64 Leels's are described, but one Leela is his presence; no action, that is why I am saying 63 Leelas; 63 are only actions. The word Leela can be attributed only to action, not for presence. So, in that 64, one is presence, no action, 63 are action. In that 63 you will be surprised, the Leela done by Thiru Jnansambhandar, winning the Jain preachers through the fire test and water test is also added. Please understand, this means, Jnansambhandar was directly respected and accepted as Shiva's incarnation; that is the reason, even though this Leela is done by Thiru Jnansambhandar it is added in the Leelas of Shiva. Please understand, in all other Leelas, Shiva directly comes down and executes the Leela. Shiva assumes the human body and does the actions, but this one, winning the Jain monks and establishing the Saiva tradition by the water test and fire test, it is done by Thiru Jnansambhandar, but it is added in that 64 Leelas, means even at that time, when he was living in the body, he was recognized, accepted, worshiped as directly Shiva's incarnation. Leela's done by Thirunavakarasar was never considered as Shiva Leela, it is done by Thirunavakarasar, through the grace of Shiva. Leelas done by Sundarar was never recorded as Shiva Leela's. It is Leelas done by Sundarar, through Shiva, but Leelas done by Thiru JnanaSambhandar, directly recorded as Shiva Leela. Jnanasambhandar was widely accepted, recognized, revered, worshiped as an incarnation of Shiva Himself, Mahadeva Himself! No other branch of Saivism, no other tradition in the Vedic religion, talks about Shiva's Leela's. Shiva was always considered to be the frozen Himalaya; frozen Kailash; only Krishna was considered as flowing Yamuna, doing all Leela's; entering into the barren land, making it fertile; flowing through the valleys and hills reaching the ocean. Leela means, the pure consciousness entering into the matter, nature, maya, prakrithi and playing as it wants. It's like, you've already completed PhD, but you casually enter the first standard class, and you just do any mathematics given in the first standard book and any syllabus given in the first standard book, you read everything, you master everything, you memorize everything, you show all your powers to the first standard students! What will that poor fellows do? Leela is like that! The ultimate enters into the lowest possible existence and plays with all the powers. So, naturally what will all the first class students do? They will all clap, "Ohhhhh, see this student, see this student, he knows everything written in our book"!! Eh, this fellow only can write like this many books, why he will not know whatever is written in the book? Leela is the extraordinary consciousness landing in the lowest possible existence and playing. It was always attributed to Vishnu. The Leela aspect was never attributed to Shiva in Hindu tradition. It was always attributed to Vishnu. Only Vishnu takes 10 avataras, 10 incarnations; comes as Krishna, comes as Rama, comes as Narasimha. Does all Divine plays; Leelas! Never ever Leela was attributed to Shiva; never ever the Shiva's Leela's were absorbed, experienced, described, other than the tradition of Madurai Aadhenam: the 'Veda Neri'. Only in the tradition of Madurai Aadhenam such beautiful, visual, detailed, factual, historical presentations of Shiva Leela is described. Shiva assuming the body of lower frequencies, like human body, pig body... so any lower frequency bodies He assumes and expresses the super-consciousness and plays with His powers. I tell you, just reading that 64 Leela's! I wanted all the disciples and devotees all over the world to watch the 'Tiruvalayadal" movie once more. Only four Leela's are described in that movie. I am not saying whatever is shown in the movie exactly factual, it's not exactly factual. The Dharmi is shown like a comedian in the movie, but he is really a great devotee, he's not a comedian, he's a highly devoted, dedicated, disciple of Mahadeva, Shiva.

Empower your Self-Remembrance ( Prana Samyama ) | Nithyananda Satsang | 18 May 2012

In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4 Verse 29, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) defines prana. Usually interpreted as "life-giving force", Paramahamsa spins a deeper mystical meaning by asserting that it means "the moments when we remember that we exist" -- when we are aware and have consciousness of our existence. The opposite of prana, apana, he defines as "forgetfulness that we exist". Prana can absorb apana and can ultimately dissolve maya, the delusions of existence, which cannot prevail in the presence of full awareness. The technique to increase our self-remembrance is a threefold practice: ajapa japa, the soundless chanting of mantra; mahabhaava, maintaining an overflowing feeling connection to the divine; and sahaja samadhi, the technique of unclutching. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- BhagwadGita 4th chapter, 29th verse : Apaane Juhvathi Pranam Praana Paanam Thathapare Praana paana Ghanti Ruthva Praanayaama Parayanaah New Translation : Some offer the incoming vital air, into the vital air that is moving inward and some offer the inwardbound vital air into the incoming vital air. Thus they do Pranaayaama by checking the Praana and Apaana. Bhagwaan is describing a very powerful process, a technique, method, to achieve the ultimate consciousness. Here the word Praana and Apaana is used. Please understand, the word Praana and Apaana, you need to understand in depth. Some offer the incoming vital air into the vital air that is moving inward and some offer the inward bound vital air into the incoming vital air. Thus they do Praanayaama by checking the Praana and Apaana. Let me give you the deepest meaning of this word Praana and Apaana. Constantly in you, for a moment you remember you exist and after few moments you forget you exist and your mind starts wondering here and there. Try, try this process, try to just sit and remember about you, just -- I exist; I remember me; I exist; I remember me; just a self-remembrance! Try, try the self-remembrance. In few seconds you will forget. Please understand, the moments you remember yourself is Praana. The moments you forget you exist is Apaana. Unless you forget you exist, you can't remember you exist. Unless you remember you exist, you won't forget you exist. The Praana and Apaana live together. But how, Mercury slowly absorbs the Gold, Praana can absorb Apaana. If Mercury and Gold is kept near, if they are touching each other, Mercury will swallow the Gold and Gold will lose its qualities into the Mercury. Same way if the Praana is allowed to function, means, if the self-remembrance is increased by your conscious will, if you are supporting the self-remembrance by your conscious decision, it will swallow the Apaana part, the self-forgetting moments. Please understand, the most subtle Vedantic Truth, most subtle spiritual truth. If you try to remember yourself, constantly be in the Unclutching or remembrance of the higher self. Only if you try, you will understand what I am saying, just remembering - I exist; I am; I exist; I am here; I feel me; Yes, I am alive; I remember me; I am! If you just remember you, that self-remembrance., for some people that self-remembrance will be there without disturbance, may be for 3 seconds; for some it will be 10 seconds. Usually none of you will have more than 12 seconds. That's the maximum for a normal conscious being. By the time one flicker of thought will come. If somebody can establish themselves in the self-remembrance for 21 seconds he is enlightened, Jeevan Mukta. 21 seconds is a too long period to be established in that self-remembrance. Then your mind breaks, you become liberated being. This self-remembrance, when you are trying, the thoughts which come because of your forgetfulness, due to your forgetfulness, the forgetfulness is Apaana. Remembrance is Praana, forgetfulness is Apaana. Now, you are not supposed to hate Apaana. Constantly you create a guilt in you -- 'Oh, I loose; I forget; the forgetfulness happens to me; I don't remember; I am not qualified.' You are constantly worrying and struggling with Apaana. Stop it! Work on Praana. Whenever you remember, understand it's a luck, bonus, gift! Celebrate Praana. Celebrate the moments of self-remembrance! Stop feeling guilty; stop suffering; stop suffocating yourself for the moments of forgetfulness. But unfortunately your mind is tuned to suffer the forgetfulness. I always repeat -- Meera's Bhakti and Andaal's Bhakti! Meera constantly suffers for the few moments she misses Krishna! Andaal constantly celebrates for the few moments she remembers Krishna!

How to Change the Future of HinduismPreview0:35:42

How to Change the Future of Hinduism

In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) answers our questions. The first question concerns which rudraksh to wear to benefit our lives. Paramahamsa replies that he can give only general info until he receives specific details about the energy of the wearer. The second question asks which elements of Hinduism need to be changed to allow a successful future for the religion. Paramahamsa gives a wealth of recommendations, the most crucial of which is that Hindus must gain clarity and commitment about their traditions. The final question asks why we are taught that last rites given in an energy field such as Kailash are more effective for our karma. Paramahamsa replies that the energy field amplifies the intention to make it more powerful. In addition, when the last rites are performed by an enlightened master, the cosmos hears them as a command for liberation -- the soul receiving the rites is guaranteed its freedom. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Question: From Jyan Raypuria, IA Id#20 who's asking, Pranaam to guruji, In one of your satsangs, I have heard you mention that wearing rudraksh is good. There are various types of rudraksh available; 1 mukhi, 5 mukhi, 11 mukhi etc..I am single for life and want to have health, wealth, basic relationship with family without any attachment and rise highest in spirituality. Which rudraksh mala is to be worn? Or should be it be a mix of types of rudraksh? Whether rudrash mala should be touching the heart or should it the next size touching the throat? With gratitude, Jyan Raypuria IA ID #20 Swamiji: First, in this one question, there are so many questions!! He's asking what kind of rudraksh I should wear? Should it be 5 mukhi, 1 mukhi, 11 mukhi? How it should be? What size ? To tell you honestly. I can give only generalized answer here. Wear Gowrishankar on the throat and 5 mukhi on the below anandagandha, just below the heart center, this is a generalized instruction. If you want specifically, you better ask me in the energy darshan, I will see your energy and guide you. That is the only way, specific for the results, for what you want, I'll be able to guide you to have your own rudraksha mala, so ask me in the energy darshan, that's the best way I can help you. Question: From Mani KR, IA ID #78 Is Buddhism spreading fast compared to vedic culture and widely accepted in the world's spiritual area, because it doesn't have caste system? Devotional movement 'bhakthi yeyakum' diluted the density or intensity of Hinduism? Buddhism has more universality, 'ulagha podu nanmai'. For future and better prospects of Hinduism, What are elements in Hinduism that need to be changed? What needs to be eliminated? What needs to be supported and nurtured? If you are allowed to get a chance to run all Hindu mutt what all actions and steps you will take to revive them? Swamiji: Mani, first thing Hinduism needs is sincerity, nothing else. You are asking 3 questions, Buddhism doesn't have caste system? No, Caste system is not a reason The devotional movement, did it dilute the intensity of Hinduism? No, Buddhism as enough of devotion and devotional movements. Has Buddhism more universality? No, Buddhism is the baby of Hinduism, Buddhism does not have anything that Hinduism doesn't have. Only thing Hinduism needs is a little backbone to stand and practice and share with the world, nothing else. Where are the Hindus? All you fellows are Indian born capitalists. Do not ever claim you are Hindus, you are all degraded, destroyed, capitalistic, half westerners, not even fully, because even westerners when they really saw the end of capitalism, they are turning towards spirituality. They are understanding the necessity for the spiritual depth. You are completely, confused, that is the right word I will use. First thing Hinduism needs is inspiration and sincerity in what you stand for. Inspiration and sincerity. Trust these great truths are useful to us and useful to the world. See in Buddhism, youngsters are continuously encouraged, inspired, excited to be become monks and radiate their energy, intelligence in spreading Buddhism. In Hinduism, to make one person into a sanyasi, God!! How much I have to suffer, struggle, inspiring that person, and then fighting with the whole family, because the whole society is going against this, creating more and more teachers and preachers for Hinduism. The moment somebody feels a little depressed in the sanyas training, immediately he or she runs away because whole society is waiting to receive them back, there is no reason to be a little stronger or sincere. I tell you, my whole sangha is kept alive against the current of the main stream; it is not along with the current of the mainstream. But in Buddhist organizations: see, the energy and the experience I am sharing, if I was born and brought up as a Buddhist, by now I will be sitting, maybe with one lakh sanyasis, Buddhist sanyasis , because the whole infrastructure is available,

Your Emotions are just Body fluids!Preview0:15:30

Your Emotions are just Body fluids!

4 May 2012/Morning Satsang/Q&A In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) takes questions from devotees. The first question asks about what existence is like without rebirth. Does "no rebirth" mean we exist only externally in the cosmos? Paramahamsa reverses the perception of this question. Without form, he tells us, there is no external and internal, which are limitations. Rather than being limited by physical senses, we acquire all the million senses of the universe. "No rebirth" does not mean taking away from us: it expands and adds to us! The second question concerns a great emotional shock from witnessing a bus accident with fatalities. The questioner's wife could not sleep after the incident and is still suffering. Is there a solution? Paramahamsa gives instruction that the woman should remember everything as vividly as possible and re-experience the shock completely, daily until it loses its emotional impact. Gradually the shock will heal if it is not suppressed. He reminds us that all emotions are just hormones -- body fluids. When we understand our biochemistry we cease to be enslaved by our emotional reactions. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Your emotions are just Body fluids! Question: Does no rebirth means the soul will not be born with a body but will be on with the cosmos externally. Thank you. Swamiji: When you do not have a body, the concept of external and internal does not exist. Being one with the cosmos, alive with the cosmos, vibrating with the cosmos, living as a cosmos. When I say, you will not be born with one body, I mean you will be born in all bodies. You will be experiencing, enjoying all bodies. I am not taking five senses away from you, I am adding five billion senses to you. Understand enlightenment and videha mukti need to be understood in a right angle from the right direction, from the right language, from the right understanding. So be very clear, when I say you will not have anymore birth, do not be insecure, do not feel you are going to miss something, lose something. You are only going to gain everything. You are only going to have everything, so no rebirth should not be understood in negative terms, it need to be understood in positive terms. Question: This is a question from my wife. Recently there was a bus accident near her house. What she saw was one person crushed by a bus and another woman crying helplessly, that she lost her child. My wife could not sleep for one day. How to handle this shock at that moment and later? Swamiji: Unfortunately, she was not able to handle at that moment. Now, the only way to handle is before going to sleep in the night time, just tell her to sit and relive the whole thing. It will be horrible, understand like a it will be sweating, shivering, horrible. But it's okay, go through. Go in to it, go through it. Same way early morning after waking up immediately go through it like a death meditation how you are asked to face all the fears consciously, go through this shock consciously. In two three days you will see it will be just forgotten, all the unnecessary shock, fear, emotion associated with that scene will melt down. When your body shivers, tears roll, that emotions will melt down. Understand, when body fluids leave the body, concern emotions leave the system. Fear, suffering is associated with the tears and when your nose runs, the mucus and the tears are directly connected to fear, shock and suffering. And your male or female hormone, the semen is directly connected to lust and guilt. Self torturing concepts are directly connected to sweat. So, when those body fluids leave you, when you consciously go through those experiences, the emotions associated with those memories will leave your system. Understand, understand this one key, you will not be bound by any emotion, all emotion is nothing but a little bit of liquid added to your body. If you take out that liquid, emotions will disappear. You can completely control. Yes, now they have discovered it is called Rheum, the liquid comes from nose watery substance. You understand this truth; you can solve not just this problem, all problems. All your problems, all your emotional sufferings and emotional clots are nothing but little bit of liquid in your body. So many things you do and repent later on, just because of the little bit of male hormone in the body. So many decisions you make, when that hormones are high in your body just that little bit of liquid when it is removed from your body, your whole strategy is different now, your whole concept of life is different now, your whole ideas and decisions are different now. I tell you, liberate yourself from this liquid mentality. The liquid based mentality, this is what is Pratyahara. Understand, Pratyahara means not being forced to take any decision by body fluids. Anger, lust, fear, greed, attention please understand, attention need is not male hormones action, it is female hormones action.

Satsang Sitting With The Truth | Nithyananda Satsang | 03 May 2012

Live on http://nithyananda.tv/live-streaming/ 3 May 2012/Morning Satsang/Q&A In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) answers questions from devotees. The first questioner wants to know which practices and techniques should be integrated into daily activities in order to live an enlightened life. Paramahamsa replies that nothing is needed except to sit in daily satsang, which is upanishad (receiving the radiant vibration of the master). We establish a feeling connection beyond just verbal listening. The second question asks Paramahamsa to share his mystical relationship with the lineage of his pontifical appointment at Madhurai Adheenam. Paramahamsa touchingly describes how moved he was as a child to hear the story of Milk-Giving Devi and how he walked for fifteen days to view Her temple. This Devi is the tutelary deity of Madhurai Adheenam. The third question concerns the differences between Shiva and Devi worship. Paramahamsa tells us that neither is better than the other: it is a matter of emotional understanding -- whichever deity empowers our transformation is our best choice to worship. The final question asks about unclutching. Paramahamsa explains that when we unclutch from a state of deep devotion, our lower emotions are destroyed and our higher emotions become strengthened, permanently raising our frequency. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Question: For me, once we finish IA when go out into society, do we need to internalize your teachings regularly? I do not remember all of them. Can you please guide me what to do, so that I can live an enlightened life? Swamiji: First thing: There is no need for you to do special to internalize my teachings. Because these higher truths and experiences are made as part of your bio-memory through this whole process. I want all of you to know Inner Awakening is not 'Teaching Programme'. It is 'Process Programme', where these great truths are inserted into your bio-memory beyond your mind without even you need to do anything. There is no need for your cooperation, there is no need for your effort. Just your openness is more than enough. Not only there is no need for your effort, I don't even need your cooperation. I just need your openness. Nothing else. Your 'Yes'. Nothing else. Please understand just your 'Yes' is enough for me to work on you. So you don't need to do anything special to internalize my teachings. May be I will recommend this morning Satsang as a sitting with me, the Upanishad, more as a Upanishad. Otherwise, if you see, in the morning Satsang all I do is just I come and joke around make some fun, tease some people, answer some questions in a most confusing way. See, if you put the same question after 3 days, you will never imagine how such a complete different answer comes from me. And if you compare both the answers, I am not responsible. I can 100% assure you will go crazy. In the morning Satsang the more important is "feeling connection". When you sit and listen, so many things will be cleared to you that beyond my words something else is happening something else is being done. So please understand that something else is Satsang. Satsang is not Pravachan. In Sanskrit we have 2 words. Pravachana is discourse. Satsang is sitting with the truth. Every morning I am asking you to sit in Satsang to sit with me with a deep feeling connection, not just to listen to the words. The words are immaterial. Whether you listen or not, it is not a problem at all. Satsang is the main thing. Sitting with the truth is the main thing. So you don't need any other spiritual practice or method to internalize my teachings regularly. You need only one thing: Sit in the morning Satsang every day wherever you are in un-clutched way. All you need is just one android. Connect and sit. Nothing else. Nothing else. Never miss the morning Satsang. Keep this as a law for your life. I always tell for our ashramites and devotees, don't use even death as a excuse to miss morning Satsang. Die either before 7'0 clock, so that you can be there in 'aksharadham' with me attending the morning Satsang or die after 9.30 am so that you can be there for next day Satsang. Don't use even death as an excuse to miss the Satsang. Attend the Satsang don't bother. If you are regularly attending, I will make sure the Lord of Death waits for you and he does not disturb you during the Satsang time. Don't miss morning Satsang. Make this as a life. Morning Satsang not even to hear what I am saying, more to sit in un-clutched way. Just sit un-clutched. Nothing else. If any word which I utter need to go inside, it will go inside. Otherwise it is okay. So don't miss morning Satsang. I don't feel you need to do any other spiritual practice. Any other technique or process to internalize my teachings to make you live enlightened. Just Satsang. Nothing else. "Yes" for Satsang. That is enough.

Mystic, Master, Avatar & God | Nithyananda Satsang | 01 May 2012

In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) takes questions from devotees. The first question asks him to explain the various Sanskrit terms for guru/divine: avatar, bhagwan, mystic, enlightened master. Paramahamsa gives a detailed description of "mystic": one who is continuously creating, using powers beyond the five senses. He points out that we have two choices in life -- to become mystics or to be mistakes. The second question concerns counseling. Since Paramahamsa is a master healer and provides life solutions for our difficulties, do his devotees need outside counseling? Paramahamsa replies that for counseling to be useful, counselors must have discovered and implemented effective answers for their own life problems. He is presently designing a training course for spiritual counselors. Until they are available devotees are to seek counseling only from him, for he has the resources to address all their concerns. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- I welcome you all with my love and respects. Today - an important celebration, Ashramites day. 11 yrs before on the same day 2001, Ma Nithya Sadhananda, first ashramite came and started staying with me. In half an hour late, Sri Nithya Sadhananda (Ayya) also came. So the first ashramites started coming and staying with me on the same day May 1st. So we celebrate Ashramites day as May 1st. See the coincidence. Today is Labours Day. We are the ultimate labours for the world. Understand, we give our physical work. We give our mental ability for society. We give our emotions dedicated to society. Finally ultimately we give our consciousness itself to the society. We are the ultimate labours. And one more thing. Coincidentally this is very day -- May 1st - Ramakrishna Mission was established by Swami Vivekananda. May 1st is the date - inauguration of Ramakrishna Mission, Nithyananda Mission and Labours day. Next, I have an important very mystical information; announcement to share with you all. In yesterday's Satsang I said, when I went to Madurai Adheenam, in the Garbamandir, where Guru Maha Sannidanam does his Parartha Pooja every day, inside, I saw one Shiva Lingam. I was enquiring everybody -"what it is? what it is?". I could not get any answer because nobody knows. Then the night samadi I meditated. Yesterday I announced, I found in the vision, in the Akashic reading, the darshan I saw, that is the "Adhi Chokkanaada", the original Shivalinga on which Meenakshi Temple Sundareswara Temple was built and during the invasion, this Shivalingam was brought here and kept here to preserve, to be protected. So after the invasion was over, Muslims invasion, even after everything settled, this Shivalingam never went back to the Madurai temple. So this is what I saw in the vision. Now today I have a solid proof for all of you for what I said. Please understand, in Agama tradition, each Garbamandir is built based on the measurement of the Shivalinga. If the Sivalinga is one unit, the length will be 22 unit height will be 27 unit. The breadth will be 42 unit. Like that there is a dimension. The wall thickness everything there is a dimension. Actually when I went to Madurai Adheenam, when I saw that Shivalinga, I took the measurement of the Shivalinga by my hand. I brought the measurement and gave it to one of the senior Stapathi who is expert in the Agama science. He already had Madurai Garbamandir's measurements. He matched both the measurements. They are completely matching. Please understand, the Adhi Chokkanadar in Madurai Adheenam, that Sivalinga, and the Garbamandir of Madurai Sundareswara temple -both measurements are perfectly matching and one more information the present Shivalinga which is there in Chokkanadar temple, that Shivalinga measurement is not matching. It is smaller than the size which is supposed to be. The Garbamandir measurement unit size as per the Agama is perfectly matching without missing even one inch. The height, length, breadth everything is matching. By tomorrow I will release the document. The whole documentation in the own handwriting of the Stapathi. So whatever I saw in the darshan is proved archeologically. I have archeological evidence now to prove to the society and I will present this whole data to our 292nd Guru Maha Sannidanam . If he feels, we will release it to public, if not we will not release it to public. But now I have solid archeological evidence that this Shivalinga is Adhi Chokkanadar. Please understand all temples' Garbamandirs are built based on the size of the Shivalinga. Shivalingas are usually Jyothir Linga. They come by themselves. They are molded, polished using the neem and lemon juice. This Shivalinga is also Swayambu, but molded and polished nicely without using any chisel and hammer. Just by neem and lemon. Neem and lemon juice will melt stone. If you add some more herbs with the neem and lemon juice, it will melt stone. That is the way this Shivalinga was polished and the present.....

Vedic Rituals,Food & Spirituality | Nithyananda Satsang | 28 Apr 2012

In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) answers questions from devotees. The first question asks about our astrological destiny. Do the planets at birth determine our fate, and if so, can initiation from an enlightened being alter our circumsstances ? Paramahamsa replies that it is not the planets, but our beliefs and mental habits that determine our fate; and as we have experienced, initiation from the Master changes all of that. Question Two inquires regarding nutritional supplements and asks for recommendations. Paramahamsa declines to recommend specific brands, but states that organic supplements in general support both physical health and raising our consciousness. The final question concerns why we should receive a spiritual name. Paramahamsa reveals that the spiritual name has three functions: it shows the path we should choose in life, gives us a goal to achieve, and opens us to the guidance and blessings of the Master. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- I welcome all of you with my love and blessings. First question: Dear Swamiji, Nithyanandam! Is our life path already decided by the planetary positions at the time of birth? If so, can it be changed by the initiation from a master? What is the significance of Mangal Sutra and toe ring according to our Vedic tradition? Married women are not supposed to remove this any time. Is there any spiritual significance? When the husband is not alive, women are not allowed to wear kumkum, flowers and bangles, etc. and they are considered inauspicious. What is the reason behind this? Is there anything called dosha and parihaara? In what way does the parihaaram affect us spiritually to make life better? - M Suvedha, IA ID no. 89 Swamiji: First thing. Your life path is already decided because of the mental set up you create; not because of any planetary positions at the time of birth. The way you grow, that mental set up, that affects your life path. Second, if so, can it be changed after an initiation from the master? - As I said, initiation from the master changes all your mental set up and patterns. So, it can be changed. Third, significance of Mangal sutra and toe ring according to our Vedic tradition.. I also wanted to make this very clear - toe ring and Mangal sutra is not mentioned in any Vedic literature. Later on, the set of books called Smritis, the lifestyle instructions, only in that lifestyle instruction books like Manu Smriti, Prajapathi's laws, and later on, only in the Smriti literatures, the lifestyle books, the words like Mangal Sutra are all appearing. Even there, toe ring idea is not there. It was added later on, in the Puranic periods. See, the Vedic period, Smriti period, puranic period. In Smriti period only, the Mangal Sutra gets added. In the puranic period, the toe ring gets added. So, basically the original vedic scriptures, there are neither references nor any spiritual significance associated to mangal sutra or toe ring. So, because there is no spiritual significance, I do not want to talk about it much. As a social custom, ok. I have no opinion to support it or negate it. And, why when the husband is not alive, women are not allowed to use kumkum and flowers and bangles and considered inauspicious. I think this is male chauvinistic. They are afraid to have a women fully dressed up without husband, because these fellows will get tempted. It is just male chauvinistic. Nothing else. So, don't bother about that. This is already broken by Sharada Devi. Sharada Devi made it very clear. Sharada devi clearly, even after Ramakrishna left the bodyshe did not remove teh bangles. she did not wear the white saree. See, even in white saree, she will wear with the border only. In West Bengal, with teh border you cant wear white saree, those days if husband is not there. She did not care. And she will o all the auspicious activities and everything. And, there is nothing called dosha and parihaara as far as this wearing kumkum, flowers after husband passed away. Dont bother about that. There are some other significance in dosha and parihaaras. I will talk about it later on, some other time. Next question.. The next question is from Jayaram Reddy, IA ID no. 68. He is asking - Dear Swamiji, please elaborate the essence and need of using dietary supplements for optimal health. Give your insights about using natural organic supplements, especially supplements from Amways neutriite? - Jayaram Reddy IA id no. 68 Swamiji: Jayaram Reddy, I cannot support Amways neutrilite, because I do not know about it. I don't know whether you are Amway agent. Am I right? Amway agent? O.. So, I cannot support the Amway Neutrilite, because I do not know about it. But, I can tell you one thing. You can use any dietary supplement as far as it is vegetarian and organic. As long as it is vegetarian or organic you can use. In those days we used to use in the food itself, like neem, many of the spices, badam, all these are dietary supplements only.

Samadhi, Kundalini & Karma | Nithyananda Satsang | 26 Apr 2012

26th April 2012 morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) takes questions from devotees. The first question asks him to define nirvikalpa samadhi and to give practices that can lead us to that state. Paramahamsa replies that nirvikalpa means undisturbed, unchanging inner space, and the current program in which the questioner is participating, Inner Awakening, provides exactly the training to achieve it. Second question is from a devotee who was able to travel to Mount Kailash last summer despite severe arthritis. She asks how Paramahamsa made it possible. He answers that since she had experienced kundalini awakening in his presence, her bio-memory now obeys his energy more strongly than hers, so he was able to correct her illness. The third question inquires whether conscious awareness exists in comatose accident victims, and whether they can work on their karma in such condition. Paramahamsa responds that if they had raised their consciousness prior to the injury they can effect spiritual work in a vegetative state; but if not, they will have to wait for the next birth to continue their evolution. The final questioner asks why people have thoughts of harming others. Paramahamsa remarks that usually there is no desire to harm, it is only the desire to expand one's boundary and this can intrude on others. He reminds us that we are each responsible for maintaining our boundaries and for negotiating intelligently when boundaries collide. Transcripts:- The first question is from Sadhana, IA id no. 65. She is asking: Q: Dearest Swamiji, Please explain what is Nirvikalpa Samadhi? How can I attain it? Can one hold Prana outside the body at will, when one achieves ‘Nirvikalpa Samadhi’? Please guide me, what steps, what tapas, what kriya I perform to attain it. ---Sadhana- IA ID No.65 Swamiji:- Sadhana, please understand - ‘Nirvikalpa’ means being without any changes. ‘Vikalpa’ means changes, oscillation, diversion, dilution, differentiation. All these can be different meanings of the wordVikalpa. ‘Nirvikalpa’ means without any of this. When one achieves Nirvikalpa Samadhi, he literally becomes God. He becomes one with the ultimate. ‘Nirvikalpa Samadhi’ means your whole being, your whole identity dissolving into the cosmic existence. The individual inner space has no more disturbances, differences. Next question - How can I attain it? There are millions of methods, process, procedures. Pick up any one sincerely, authentically. You are already doing Inner Awakening, you are already initiated into unclutching. Best direct experience of Nirvikalpa Samadhi can be had by unclutching. Please understand, unclutching is not even a path leading to Nirvikalpa Samadhi, it is a process directly giving you the experience of Nirvikalpa Samadhi. The moment you start unclutching you are falling into Nirvikalpa Samadhi. It is not a peak to attain it, it is a valley in which you need to fall. It is not an object to attain it, peak to achieve it, it is a valley to be fallen in it. When one achieves Nirvikalpa Samadhi it is not even an achievement. Sadhana, to tell you honestly you are asking so many questions about Nirvikalpa Samadhi. But any answer about Nirvikalpa Samadhi will not be truthful when you achieve that sate. Now whatever I say when you start experiencing, you will only find my words are inadequate. If a common man, person who is on the road, who is a new seeker, if he asks this question, I can give elaborate answer because I know for sure this guy is not going to achieve it. It is like collecting maps. There are some fellows who are crazy about collecting maps but never travel, there are somefellows who are crazy about collecting menu cards, but never eat, crazy of collecting all the postal stamps, but never send anything, crazy of collecting coins, but will never spend anything, crazy of collecting swords, but doesn’t know how to fight. I know there are some people, crazy of collecting things, will never use it. Same way, if an onlooker or a person who is not that authentic or sincere, if he asks about this question, what is Nirvikalpa Samadhi, I can give poetries after poetries after poetries. I can sing any number of songs. He is not going to experiment it or experience it. But Sadhana you are already in the Inner Awakening. You are getting into Nirvikalpa Samadhi. So when I answer you – I wanted to be very responsible. Any word I give about Nirvikalpa Samadhi will be inadequate when you experience it! You are asking can one hold Praana outside the body at will when one achieves Nirvikalpa Samadhi. When you achieve Nirvikalpa Samadhi you can hold praana out, in, in and out, out and in, anywhere you want. What steps, what tapas, what kriya I perform to attain it? Sadhana, you are already doing it. Inner Awakening is the steps, Inner Awakening is the tapas, Inner Awakening is the kriya you need to perform to attain it and you are doing it.

What Is Identity Crisis? | Nithyananda Satsang | 24 Apr 2012

24th April 2012 morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) answers questions from devotees. The first question inquires about the use of astrology for spiritual seekers. Paramahamsa replies that he has found that astrology, properly and soberly practiced, helps devotees to evolve spiritually. The second questioner asks Paramahamsa to explain his term "identity crisis", and requests advice on how to handle this event. Paramahamsa states that having an identity at all -- a persona with which we define ourselves -- is in itself a crisis. Until we identify only with the boundlessness of the universe, we are in a crisis state. We become aware of our crisis when we encounter the teachings of an illuminated being and realize our false understanding of life. At that time, the way to cope with our turmoil is to remain close to our enlightened master: in spite of our panic, we should not run away. The final question asks whether we can become stuck in repeating intermediate visionary experiences; can we fall into a loop and fail to achieve enlightenment? Paramahamsa says that only the experiences we have independently can be repetitive. No experience in the presence of the master is ever the same as any other: each one is unique and can lead us to liberation. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Unclutch® In All Dimensions | Nithyananda Satsang | Apr 2012Preview0:38:29

Unclutch® In All Dimensions | Nithyananda Satsang | Apr 2012

In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) answers our questions. The first questioner states that she feels connected to Paramahamsa's formlessness but does not know how to connect with his form. Paramahamsa replies that the form is merely part of the formlessness, so there is no need to get concerned with details. The second question addresses how to be unattached within (unclutched®) while engaged in external activity. Paramahamsa gives an exquisite description of the unclutching® process by explaining that conflict is simply too many thoughts trying to connect at the same time. Unclutching® provides space between the thoughts so we have less conflict. Third questioner wants to know how breathing can be balanced during unclutching without causing gasping. Paramahamsa explains that the flow of prana balances the breathing during unclutching. Question four asks how to know whether one is disciple or devotee. Paramahamsa responds that the degree of feeling connection determines the difference. The fifth question is about love. Paramahamsa says there is no such thing as love and as long as we cling to believing in it we evade enlightenment. The final question asks whether energy fields such as Kailash can occur naturally, or whether they must be created. The answer is both: an energy field is most likely to be created in an area where the natural energy is already high. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Question: With your grace and compassion I am able to constantly connect with you as the formless. I experience you as the very existential energy that runs the entire cosmos and me. However, Swamiji, how can I also be equally connected to you in the form. I am not able to do so. What do I need to do for that? Please guide me and bless me to have this. Swamiji: If you are able to connect me as a formless that is enough. Why do you want to connect me with the form? There is no need. Actually if you connect me with the form, only then I need to push you to the formless. If you are already able to connect as a formless, you are on the right track or you are achieving what needs to be achieved. So you don't need to worry that you are not able to connect through form. But one thing I can tell you I smell little hypocrisy in the whole whatever you call as connection. If it is authentic, as you say, as you claim, connection with my formless, you will not even have this craving. You want to connect with form also. Because my form is not out of my formlessness. My form is part of my formlessness. If you are connecting with the formlessness as you claim, you will not even have the feeling you are not connecting with my form. So please understand, in me, my formlessness is form of my part, my formlessness is part of my form, my form is part of my formlessness. So if you connected to any one, you will not feel you are not connected to the other one. My form is part of my formlessness, my formlessness is part of my form. So if you connect even with one, you will automatically connect with the other also. There won't be any problem, any disturbance. The moment you say you are connected to one and you are not able to connect to the other one, I think there is something fishy. Some hypocrisy. Look into that and correct that hypocrisy. That is all you need to know. You need to only correct those hypocrisy. Nothing else. Question: Thank you for the out of the world, un-clutching initiation. I have a question about practically un-clutching every moment. The industry I work in thrives on showing the logical connection between two thoughts and ideas. Every moment I am at work, I am trying to establish this rather convoluted yet connected thought flow. Given this situation, how can I un-clutch on the inside mamakara, but project connected thoughts on the outside ahankara. Even if I do this successfully, will it create a conflict in me? Thank you. Swamiji: Even if you are working in Microsoft, please understand, this question comes before you start practicing. Start practicing you will understand. I only wanted to ask you one question, in your experience you would have seen thousands of people from your birth. Have you seen anybody more coherent, logical, connecting the thoughts and ideas than me. I tell you, I am resting in the ultimate un-clutching. So I am the living example. That somebody can be resting in the ultimate un-clutching, constantly connect thoughts, ideas logically coherently without any convolution, go on presenting it to the world, but go on living in a complete un-clutched space. Understand, see me, and be inspired and be encouraged be assured it is possible. Logically I cannot give you answer for this question. Only experientially I can give you inspiration for this question. You would have heard I do not know 100s or 1000s of hrs of my discourses. I may go different different different parts, areas, zones during the discourse. But you will see exactly I will bring it back

Take Responsibility For Your Enlightenment | Nithyananda Satsang | Apr 2012

In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) gives answers to the questions of Inner Awakening participants. One devotee asks for Vedic wisdom on our duties to parents, teachers, priests and Master. Paramahamsa describes each: for parents, to give emotional support, but not surrender our lives to them; for teachers, keep the knowledge they gave us fresh and growing; for priests, use their teachings to achieve enlightenment; and for Master -- become enlightened. Another participant asks whether Inner Awakening can give the ultimate push into enlightenment. Paramahamsa's answer is Yes! The third question concerns losing sleep in order to meditate before work. Paramahamsa replies that any sleep beyond 4 to 5 hours is entrenched laziness and boredom. When we increase our productivity and become excited, we reduce our need for sleep. The final questioner asks why Kailash is such a special energy field. Paramahamsa responds that Shiva administers the cosmos from Kailash, therefore the area radiates uniquely intense creative energy. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Let's enter into today's satsang. Start with the questions. The first question is from Dharsha Divya, IA No.85: Question: She is asking, "Swamiji, would you please say something about our duties to our parents, teachers, priests and the Master according to Vedic culture? This kind of knowledge is almost lost in the West. Especially, I would like to know about disciple's duty to the master according to Vedic culture. Thank you again." Swamiji: Dharsha Divya, her question, First thing, you are asking "Would you say something about our duties to our parents, teachers, priests anf master?" Understand, your duty to your parents is giving them emotional and moral support when they need. I wanted to make it very clear. You are not bound by your parents to live the life they wanted. It is not your duty or responsibility. Many times you mistake your attachment and weakness as a duty and responsibility. No. See, if you are completely bound by your parents' way of living, if that becomes your responsibility and duty, there is no possibility for upgrading, don't you understand? Then the whole humanity has to be in the same low consciousness because nobody is going to take the risk and courage and breakthrough and upgrade themselves. That is not your duty. That is not your responsibility. Responsibility to the parents is giving them emotional support, moral support. Very beautifully one of my brahmacharini told me yesterday "The best thing I can do for them is I brought them to you, that's all. Now my responsibility is over. Best thing I can give them is you. After this, now it is between you and them." I tell you, your highest responsibility for your parents is helping them to become enlightened. Next, teachers, your highest responsibility, duty to your teachers is keeping the knowledge which they gave you, alive and making it to grow, flourish. And responsibility for your priests is using the knowledge they gave, to achieve the ultimate. Responsibility for your master, duty for your master is you becoming enlightened. Nothing else! Give your emotional, moral support to your parents, grow the knowledge given by your teachers, use the knowledge given by your priests to achieve the highest possible consciousness. Finally, achieve that highest consciousness using the master's presence. This is what is your duty, towards all of them. Nothing else, nothing more, nothing less! Be very clear, you are not bound by anything else, other than these understandings. Next question: Question: From Rajesh : IA ID No.72 When one has already passed glimpses of enlightenment; for example characteristics of sthitaprgnya , lamp not affected by glowing wind, tortoise like senses , verses like in Ashtavakra Geeta flowing inside the heart on its own, glorifying eye consciousness, feeling the depth of time etc ; will Inner Awakening take to the same space and beyond clearing all obstructive bio-memories, so as to sustain the enlightenment in tune with this world ? Swamiji: Rajesh, please understand, Inner Awakening is the program that will help whether you are in the beginning state, initial stages or you need just the last push towards enlightenment. Now you are asking this question that will I have the last push towards the ultimate enlightenment through this program. Yes! Especially the experiences you are talking, this will all become permanent in you. All the obstructing bio-memories will be cleared. I tell you, in this mood, the space you are in; other than master's presence no other technique will work; because you have finished all other techniques. Now only his presence can mature your bio-memory and sustain the enlightenment, push you to that falling in tune with the enlightenment in this world, to that experience; especially after having certain spiritual experiences, glimpses of enlightenment, not getting that experience eternally,

Q & A: Trust, Devotion, Will, InitiationPreview0:38:12

Q & A: Trust, Devotion, Will, Initiation

In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) replies to devotees' questions. The first question concerns why we don't have ecstatic experiences when we desire to. Paramahamsa responds that even when the wish is strong, if the mind has doubts the experience may not occur. Second, a devotee asks if keeping silence is the best way to expand our inner space. Paramahamsa says that verbal silence is a beginning, but the goal is complete conscious silence. At that point expansion can unfold. A non-Indian devotee asks why there is a custom of touching the guru's feet. Paramahamsa answers that guru puja is the oldest ritual of the Vedic tradition: it springs from overflowing gratitude and respect. The fourth questioner wants to know whether will is a part of our mind or our being. The reply is that it is neither -- it is a bridge hanging between the two. The final question is from a youngster longing to present his parents to Swamiji. Paramahamsa comments that it is ironic that in older days parents brought their children to the guru -- and now children are trying to bring the parents. He advises a sincere, loving approach with an open heart. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Question: Dear Swamiji, you said, "When I want the headache to disappear, I have given more energy for it to stay in me". In that case why have I not given more energy for spiritual experiences like Samadhi and kundalini energy even though I want it? Rupak Id no. 64 Swamiji: Rupak 64, his question - Dear Swamiji you said when I want the headache to disappear, I have given more energy for it to stay in me. In that case why have I not given more energy for spiritual experiences like Samadhi or kundalini energy even though I want it. Please understand, wanting it is one, believing it, is possible trusting it, is possible is another one. Let me give you a small story. One guy who was trying his best to get a boon from Shiva. So every morning he will pour water, milk, all kinds of offerings, he will make to Shiva deity he had and do the pooja. Sit in front of the Shiva and chant Namah Shivaya, Namah Shivaya, Namah Shivaya and literally nag Shiva to give that boon. Literally force Shiva to give that boon. Shiva was not responding at all. Finally one day he got fed up and he became angry. The greed, when it is not fulfilled turns as anger. When it turned out as anger he became so angry, he decided to teach a lesson to Shiva. He brought one Vishnu Moorthy, Vishnu deity and started doing all the pooja to Vishnu. Just to tease Shiva, he will do everything whatever he was doing to Shiva to Vishnu, saying "you are useless God, now I am worshiping real God, who will give me the boon", he will do, he was doing all the rituals. Finally he put incense stick also. That incense smoke was slowly moving in the wind towards the Shiva deity. He could not tolerate that incense he kept for Vishnu is being smelled by Shiva. He jumped on the deity and caught hold of the nose strongly, closed the nose nostrils. "You should not smell my incense. It is only for Vishnu, How dare this incense comes to your nose, this smell comes to your nose". He was so strongly holding the nostril, suddenly, in few seconds, he literally felt he is holding flesh and bones, somebody's real nostrils, nose. When he opened the eyes he saw Shiva was sitting. He was really sitting. He was there. The moment he saw Shiva he could not control, all his anger pseudo anger everything went away. He fell at the feet of Shiva, and asked him, "please apologize me, please forgive me". He asked for the apologize, "please forgive me", then Shiva asked, "oh my son, what do you want tell me?" He asked his boon. Shiva gave him the boon. Suddenly this guy had a doubt. He asked Shiva, " oh lord, I was praying to you so strongly, doing so much of puja, abishekams, sacred bath, offerings, so many things I was doing, repetition of your name, everything, why did you not appear at that time? When I was holding your nose, you should not smell my incense in anger, you appeared. What is this logic, I am not able to understand". Shiva so beautifully says, "Even in your greed you did not have strong trust I am in that deity. You only have to imagine Shiva is there. I am doing, he may accept. In one corner of your mind, "who knows Shiva is sitting in this". One corner of your mind was always commenting on your action, there was never 100 percent doubtless trust. But in your anger, you did not have one inch of doubt I am there in that deity. When you held your nostril, When you held my noses strongly, even one second you did not have a doubt. Your unconscious mind was not commenting, giving the cricket commentary behind. "Who knows Shiva is in this deity. Who knows he is accepting all your milk. It is going down the drain and you are wasting your money, time, energy". You did not have any of the doubts when you were holding my nose. You know Shiva is there and you have to take revenge.

Q & A: Selflessness, Meditation, Spirituality

In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) takes inquiries from Inner Awakening participants. One attendee asks how best to inspire others to receive Paramahamsa's teachings. Paramahamsa replies that when we offer ourselves in compassion and desire to help others, those who are interested will just catch fire. A second attendee asks for explanation of "inner space" and wants to know when she will experience inner silence. Paramahamsa answers that when we close our eyes, what we feel as "me" is our inner space; and that silence can be experienced whenever we truly wish it. The final questioner wants to know whether greed is a danger on the spiritual path. Paramahamsa replies that if greed motivates us to progress on our path, doing required practice and exercise, then it is useful. Otherwise it is just negative selfishness. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Q & A: Selflessness, Meditation, Spirituality The morning satsang, 1st question. Question: The 1st question is from Umesh, IA Identity Card No.:87. He is asking,"Nithyanandam! My dearest Swamiji, 'Bliss is cosmos' is becoming profound reality within just 4 days of the IA program completion. How can we connect Swamiji to everyone so that they can taste the nectar especially our near and dear ones or friends who have language limitations or mind-set fixed due to their religious beliefs? -- Umesh, IA No:87. Swamiji: This is question from Umesh 87. May I know who? Yes.. The question, "My dearest Swamiji, 'Bliss is cosmos' is becoming profound reality within just 4 days of the IA program completion. How can we connect Swamiji to everyone so that they can taste the nectar specially our near and dear ones-- especially our near and dear ones or friends who have language limitations or mind-set fixed due to their religious beliefs? Umesh, two thing. First, you imbibe this concept / this truths as a experience so deeply, when you go and start living, constantly approach your near and dear ones, every human being with this one attitude of 'how can I contribute to his life and make a difference?' Please understand, recently I have taken a vow. Whoever comes in my breathing space I will give something to them. May be a healing or a boon, atleast a candy. I can see so clearly, please understand, this has opened a new dimension even in me. I have the habit of always—whoever asks something, prays for something, blessing or giving them the boon. That is one thing. Now, I made it like a rule. Anybody who comes in my breathing space I will give them something; atleast a blessing from the heart, 'let you be blissful'. My presence is always blessing, all those things are one side-it is a mystical side. Even in the practical side, when I decided, I keep this as a vow, I tell you—you also keep this as a vow—so much opens up inside you. When you approach your near and dear ones or your family, friends, people, anybody, you don't even need your near and dear ones practise your love and compassion. Go and stand outside the mall- every human being is your near and dear one only. Every human being walks in, walks out. Stand with the tremendous meditative mood, how can I contribute to his life and make a difference. What is the best thing which made difference in my life? -- feeling connection with my Master or meditation, Inner Awakening. You may have different words. But all these different words are like different doors of this Chit Sabha. Whichever door you enter you will reach me only. One door is Inner Awakening, one door is Nithya Yoga, one door is Nithya Kriya, one door is feeling connection. So many different doors. One door is energy dharshan, one door is initiation. So many different doors. Whichever door you.. door has contributed most to your life share that. Do not ever bother whether the other person is going to be convinced by you or not. Don't be egoistic and greedy that you should convince all the 100% of the people to whom you talk. Don't be greedy. Your job is to stand there with tremendous love and compassion feeling, 'what can I contribute and make a difference.' I tell you,if you are too much bothered about how many people are inspired or listening to your words, you become egocentric. But if you stand there, 'how can I contribute and make a difference' you become spiritual centric. Most of the time your near and dear ones, your husband, your wife or family resists me because you talk to them egocentrically. It is more like a you convincing them about your rightness—I went to Swamiji, I did IA, I am right -- that is not going to work. That is not going to work. Something has contributed in my life and made difference. How can I share that with him. Can I contribute some way to his life and make a difference in his life? The attitude from which words are coming out, the attitude from which the body language is expressing, attitude from which feeling is coming out is going to make a difference. Understand, when you stand with the attitude,

One attendeeworries that if her mind cannot be quieted, she will not benefit completely from the program. Paramahamsa compares the human mind to a dog chasing its tail. Just as the dog can never catch its tail, we can never still the mind by trying to control it. Our Kids Need A Better Education System

Talks from Morning satsangs on 16th April 2012 at Bidadi Ashram ,India. In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) answers questions from Inner Awakening participants. One participant asks for clarification of Paramahamsa's instruction not to ask any questions during puja (worship) time. Does this also apply to darshan time, when we approach Paramahamsa for personal blessings? His answer is no. We can and should address our concerns when we meet with him at darshan. The reason for not engaging in such activities during puja is that we want to use that time to deepen our devotion to God. If we make demands or ask questions, our attention will be on the demand rather than the Divine. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Get Out of Corporate CompassionPreview0:35:27

Get Out of Corporate Compassion

In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda gives advice for parents and children. Children take birth with natural curiosity, infused with a deep interest in exploring their surroundings. When we as parents support this inclination, giving only basic necessary protection, children develop self-confidence and assume responsibility for their actions. As they mature, they may want to take some risks in their lives. Parents should allow them to do so. It strengthens their independence, supporting the expansion of their experience. This is true parenting: giving our children freedom to use their intelligence. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Q: How do we build the consideration of social return into every conversation and every decision at every level in the organization? - Judie Smith, Paris Swamiji: Judie Smith -- look inside. What is social return? It is nothing but looking at the life with a larger picture. Understand, see if you build your house, you call it as selfishness. If you build the road, you call it as social return. But you don't understand without the road, house is useless. So what is social return? Nothing but looking at life beyond 120 degrees. See 120 degree is the normal vision. If you look at the life 240 degree or 360 degree, that is social return. Nothing else. So don't think social return is some great compassionate, sacrificing, serving, great selfless attitude. No. Relax. First thing, understand, thinking with the consideration of social return is intelligent way of thinking. It is intelligence - which makes you consider social return. It is not morality. It is not religious quality. It is not ethics. Nothing. It is just intelligence. Learn to look at every contribution of your life with the whole picture. For example, if you are a manager in a company, try to understand the whole responsibility of the company towards humanity. What this company is supposed to contribute to the humanity. Have the whole picture and fit yourself with it comfortably. Have this same attitude in every decision. Then, naturally whole company will have this same attitude towards the society, that's it. Understand, consideration of social return is not some sacrifice, service or ethics. Why don't you understand? It is just intelligence. Many times, you think consideration of social return is something like you do a big service, favour. No. Maybe you can use that word to market yourself. I call it corporate compassion. New word I am creating. What is the corporate compassion, you know? You shave his head, take his hair, sell that and don't even give him little oil for the head and you say 'I shaved you, because only then dandruff will go from you! It's a treatment for dandruff.' And that poor fellow believes it. That is what I call corporate compassion. Please understand, consideration of social return -- the very word shows you are also from the pattern of corporate compassion. No. Compassion should be very raw, pure, innocent. I tell you - raw, pure, innocent compassion is intelligence. When your compassion expresses in its pure, raw form innocently, it is tremendous intelligence. What do you mean by saying the word, consideration of social return? No. The word seems to be like a big sacrifice. I tell you - looking at the larger picture and working, considering the social return is an intelligence decision, it is not compassion decision. Judie Smith, the whole organization needs to understand social consideration is intelligence decision. Please understand decision of your intelligence and not the decision of your heart. Because you think it is decision related to heart, you still have oscillation - No, no, should I do it? how much I should do it? How many rupees I should do it? how many lakhs I should spend? No. social consideration is the decision from intelligence, not decision from heart. The whole - how this whole. Each company is a whole which is supposed to fit into the hole of the whole. The whole has many holes. In each hole, each company as a whole should fit in. How as a whole you are going to fit with the whole. A boss is expected to feel how he should be knowing the whole purpose of the organization and the responsibility of the organization. Same way if the whole team understands the purpose of the organization and responsibility of the organization, that itself is enough. It is enough. Nothing else is required. Understand, the enthusiasm, energy and experience of larger vision, larger responsibility itself is enough to make you do the decisions based on consideration of social return. You don't need to infuse compassion. Because, intelligence itself will make you do every conversation, every decision at every level with the consideration of social return. You don't need to do anything separate. Next question. Q: Swamiji, I have started Ajapa Japa of Guru mantra. Should I continue to do the japa during satsang time also? -- Indra, Portland

The power of silence : Embracing the presence of SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam

Upanishad - Sitting with the Master (8 Apr 2012 Nithyananda Peetam, Bengaluru) Swamiji delve into an important question regarding the practice of Ajapa Japa during Satsang time. If you are curious about whether you should continue Ajapa Japa during Satsang, then this video is a must-watch! Swamiji provides a profound insight, emphasizing the significance of absorbing the eternal silence and presence during morning Satsang. He invites us to embrace the gaps between his spoken words, as they hold the key to unlocking our inner awakening. By allowing these moments of silence to penetrate our beings, we can experience true stillness and inner transformation. During Satsang, Swamiji advises against the practice of Ajapa Japa unless one encounters restlessness, sleepiness, or distractions. He explains that his words aim to cultivate inner silence, while his silence aims to awaken our consciousness. Hence, during these sacred morning sessions, it is recommended to simply sit and absorb the spiritual experiences that unfold, basking in the timeless Upanishad. Unraveling the concept of unclutching, Swamiji guides us to recognize that Ajapa Japa is ideal for other moments throughout our day, outside of Satsang time. By continuously repeating our consciousness without interruptions, we can establish a constant state of unclutching during our regular activities. Thus, Ajapa Japa becomes a tool to keep us centered and present throughout the day. Remember, catching the silence between Swamiji's words should be our utmost priority during Satsang. As we immerse ourselves in the eternal silence, we create space for profound inner shifts to occur. So, let us embrace the power of silence and fully immerse ourselves in the presence of Swamiji during Morning Satsang.
