The DNA of Leadership | Nithyananda Satsang | 04 Apr 2013

In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda gives a new definition of Responsibility. When we realize that we are the source of everything -- each of us is God --, we understand that we are responsible for everything. Whatever is going on in the world, if it has any effect on us we are responsible for it, even events over which we may think we have no control. The concept of blaming others, or of finding an excuse for not accomplishing our goals, ceases to exist. We discover how to be leaders. Responsibility is the spiritual DNA for leadership, gifting us with the understanding to resolve problems far beyond what we felt we could cope with before. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Today I will expand on the third principle -- RESPONSIBILITY -- and the unique relationship Responsibility carries, the unique equation it carries to construct the reality of your choice. Let me define Responsibility once more. Please listen! I am defining Responsibility. Living and responding, means, thinking, feeling, acting, cognizing to life from the truth that you are the source of everything, therefore, you are responsible for all happenings inside you and around you. dhyan se suniye, please listen! uttardaayitva ki paribhasha punah suniye. Uttardaayitva ka arth hain jeevan ko iss satya ke saath jeena aur pratikriya vyakth karna ki aapke andar aur baahar honewale sabhi paristithiyon ka mool kaaran evam uttardaayi aap swayam hain. uttardaayitva ka arth hain jeevan ko iss satya ke saath jeena aur pratikriya vyakth karna ki aapke andar aur baahar honewale sabhi paristithiyon ka mool kaaran evam uttardaayi aap swayam hain. Thinking, feeling, acting, responding, cognizing from the truth you are the source of everything. Listen! I am neither talking to you some corporate values and principles, nor talking to you what some Rishis have uttered in some Upanishads. I am talking to you directly which I experienced, which you have to experience. I am talking from the context of being responsible for making you responsible. Please be very clear, the person who talks has only one reason of making you responsible. I am responsible to make you experience Responsibility as I experienced. Person with eye is responsible to give vision to a blind person. Person with wealth is responsible to guide poor man to wealth. Person with power is responsible to make powerless people to become powerful. Person with energy is responsible to make energyless people with energy. Person with knowledge is responsible to make ignorant people knowledgeable. If you have knowledge, the moment you have knowledge, you become responsible to make ignorant knowledgeable. If you are powerful, you become responsible to make powerless powerful. If you are wealthy, you become responsible to make poor wealthy. Listen! I am not saying distribute your wealth! If you are having ten poor people, and you distribute all your wealth to the ten poor people, we will have eleven poor people; that's all! With you we will have eleven poor people; one more poor person! NO! I am not asking you to distribute your wealth; but take responsibility of educating them and making them rich. Anything you own, you become responsible to share it; make it grow. Vedic tradition beautifully says - Annam Bahu Kurveetha! Let us create and share! This is the vision statement I have given for all the Annalayas getting started all over the world. All the satsanghis should know, I have initiated a project of sharing of food all over the world, because sharing food is Vedic culture. We are agriculture society. Vedic tradition is grain-based society, grain-based civilization. So, sharing was our lifestyle. That is why, no ritual, no festival, no celebration is complete in Indian tradition without sharing food. Annam Bahu Kurveetha! When you own, you become responsible to make everyone own. Because I own Responsibility, I own the responsibility of making everyone own the Responsibility. main koi corporate siddhant ke baare mein nahi baath kar raha hoon naaki koi rishi muni ke kahe huve vaakya ko punah keh raha hoon. main apni swayam ki anubhav ke saath iss satya ke baare mein aapko bathaa raha hoon. There are only two types of human-beings on the Planet Earth - 鈥?who feel responsible for everything 鈥?who don't feel responsible for anything. There are only two types of human-beings. Listen! People who feel responsible become Leaders. People who don't feel responsible continue to be Slaves. There are some people don't feel responsible even for their own actions because they forgot their action is going to bring this result. Many time, even when they plan for the business, they only plan if it fails whom they will hold responsible! They don't plan to make it successful. Holding somebody responsible is not going to solve your problem. Plan for success! Don't do, when you plan itself if you get an idea, "If this fails what to do?" immediately you think, 'I will hold him responsible!'

Wake up to Your Highest possibility Part 2 of 2 | Nithyananda Satsang | 26 Feb 2013

In 26th-february-2013 morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda distinguishes between shared and collective responsibility. Shared responsibility means that each individual in a group takes equal responsibility for his or her task. Collective responsibility means that each group members takes responsibility for their fellows' responsibility, so there are no weak links. Responsibility is the energy on which life flowers. When we sit with an impossible project and take responsibility for making it happen, it becomes possible after all. To achieve responsibility, we continually complete any unfinished business so that old patterns of dishonesty and lack of integrity die away. We create sangha chaitanya jagrada.... the community of collective responsibility. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Akashic Readings on renunciation - part 1Preview0:18:48

Akashic Readings on renunciation - part 1

TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON OCTOBER 11, 2012 AT TIRUVANNAMALAI ASHRAM, INDIA In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) reads the Akashic Records on the subject of renunciation. The Records tell us that renunciation is the natural process whereby human beings renew themselves. When attachment takes place it creates an artificial identity: the individual becomes identified with the source of attachment. Shedding this external identity clears the way to enlightenment. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Renunciation is nothing but the ability to rejuvenate yourself continuously by dropping the different identities you create for certain purpose, but unfortunately associate yourself with it, feel one with it. Renunciation is of different levels; renouncing the external wealth which you decide to possess and identify yourself with it, renouncing the name and fame with which you identify yourself and possess and feel as one with, renouncing people with which you identify yourself, possess and feel one with, renouncing the identities which you possess and identify yourself and feel one with. Among these renunciations, renouncing the identity is the ultimate renunciation. Renunciation is the most intelligent thing a living being can do because renunciation continuously rejuvenates and creates a possibility for higher expressions in your being. When the highest expression happens, you cross the border of renunciation and renunciation itself becomes your very being. When your very core becomes renunciation, the constant purification, a continuous intelligence shining becomes your life. Constantly renouncing thoughts is unclutching, living renunciation as a lifestyle is living enlightenment. Ajapa japa is a powerful way of renouncing the words and thoughts continuously happening in you. Feeling connection is a powerful method to renounce all the emotions which are not necessary happening in you. Unclutching is the ultimate renunciation, renouncing all the identities which are unnecessary happening in you. Renunciation is the ultimate purification process to live enlightenment. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS The first question on renunciation we have is from Ravi from Vancouver, Canada: 'Dear Swamiji, why should one become neutral to physical needs?' The why do not does not have answer. When the spiritual evolution happens, when spiritual powers are unfolding through your body, becoming neutral to physical needs just happens. As a flow of life this expresses naturally in you. He is also asking, 'Isn't the very creation of male and female and the senses also the gift of Existence? Existence provides everything including poisons. It is up to you to use what you want and live the way you want based on the goal you want to reach and the purpose you feel as your life's mission. 'While savoring the gift of Existence, can't we achieve the same highest coherence that we can achieve through renunciation?' Whether you savor or renounce, in the end, only when the identities are renounced highest is achieved. Even what you call as savoring, in the end only when you are able to renounce the identity, the base, ultimate is achieved. Whatever you understand as savoring will not lead you to the ultimate and whatever you understand as savoring will not lead you to achieve the ultimate truth. Whether you live with it or leave it, identity needs to be dropped. Only when you renounce the identity ultimate is achieved. If you can renounce the identities, even if those things are around you, you will achieve the ultimate. If you can't renounce the identity, even if you physically move away from those things you may not be able to achieve the ultimate. Finally everything boils down to renouncing the identities. 'The next question is from Sri Nithya Gnanaprabhananda: 'What is the true meaning of renunciation in the path of sannyas?' Renouncing all the outer world objects, which you feel as your possession become one with it out of your delusion, renouncing all the people, renouncing all the places, renouncing all the pleasures, renouncing all the thoughts, renouncing all the identities; renunciation in its complete pure form is sannyas. The sannyas, even the training of the sannyas done by an incarnation constantly reminds you into the renunciation and puts you in renunciation. The next question is from Joyce: 'How are freedom and renunciation related?' Renunciation is freedom, freedom means renunciation. The next question is from Estelle Reiter from France: 'Dear Mahadeva and Kalabhairava, dear Master, I listen to many of Swamiji's videos and I realize that I have a deep misunderstanding about renunciation and so many questions are coming up. How do I know whether my bio-memory is ready for renunciation?' All bio-memories by nature programmed for renunciation. It is your mind which goes against the renunciation, creates more and more troubles and identities, misconceptions.

Celibacy, Key to Superhuman Powers | Nithyananda Satsang | 13 Sep 2013

TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2012 IN TIRUVANNAMALAI, INDIA Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. The Gita was imparted by the enlightened Hindu incarnation Sri Krishna to the warrior-prince Arjuna over 5000 years ago. Amazingly, the spiritual wisdom and life solutions offered in the Gita are so universal and current that even today it is used as a personal transformation guide. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, chapter 6, verse 14, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) describes the spiritual effect of brahmacharyam (sacred celibacy). Brahmacharis embody intense clarity and focus, enabling them to complete any project or practice flawlessly. As the internal energy rises beyond the first chakra, it establishes fearlessness (2nd chakra) and then permanent serenity (3rd chakra). Each chakra flowers in turn, culminating with the crown chakra, which grants enlightenment. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Celibacy The Only Way For Seekers | Nithyananda Satsang | 12 Sep 2012

TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2012 IN TIRUVANNAMALAI, INDA Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, chapter 6, verse 14, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) emphasizes the importance of celibacy as a lifestyle for all spiritual seekers. He gives specific physical reasons why sexual activity prevents the accurate awakening of kundalini energy and why it impedes the journey to enlightenment. To reprogram our biomemories we must transform all primitive actions which bind to our former animal lives. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Today, Nirahara samyama successfully happening 9th day. Today we are starting Nirahara Samyama level 1 4th batch. prashaan-taatmaa vigata-bheehi brahma-chaarivrate sthitaha | manaha samyamya macchittaha yukta aaseetha matparaha || Being serene with oneself, abstaining from apprehensions, having subdued the thoughts, intent on the vow of living like a God, following the vow of celibacy, intensely reflecting on Me, live your life devoted to Me. In this verse, Bhagawan breaks one of the important sacred secret/truth to the humanity. He uses the word 'brahmacharya'- living like a God. Just because I have the Rishi sampradaya also, does not mean I accept this concept of marriage in the life of a seeker. I am making it very clear. I am putting it very clear. Worst thing can happen to a seeker, in the spiritual life is marriage, I know, I am going to break thousands of peoples' ignorance. Understand as a compassionate being I have to give a place for everybody. Tolerated is different, accepted is different, realized is different. Marriage in the seekers' life is tolerated. Rishi order is accepted. But only brahmacharya is promoted. Whenever you go to the peak based on body you get back to your animal bio-memory and again it takes atleast a few years of spiritual practice for you to raise to the level of divine. It is very rare I speak about the importance of brahmacharya because sometime it puts the householders into depression. But just because they fall into depression I cannot be hiding the sacred truths for quite a long time. No. It is time I have decided I am going to speak about it completely. Let me define brahmacharya as per the smruti. Karmanaa manachaa vaachaa sarvaavastu sarvadaa Sarvatra maidyatvyahu brahmacharyam prachakshyadet Brahmacharya is defined as abstinence from sexual intercourse in thought, word and deed in all conditions and places and times. Brahmacharyena tapasa devaa mrutyum ubagnataha This is the Atharva veda's definition. The Gods are said to have conquered death by brahmacharya. Tantra speaks about brahmacharya, understand. I will give you some more references. Jnana Sankalini Tantra : nathapas tapayithi ahuhu brahmacharyam tapottamam oordvaretwa bhavet yastu sadhevonatu maanushaahaa The true tapas is brahmacharya and he who practices it uninterruptedly is divine not human. Now let me come to the practical side of it. Understand, already one-third of your life is gone in search of food, one-third has gone in sleep, in the remaining one-third, till 25 too busy with education, after 65, body and mind won't be useful to do anything, then between 25 and 65, that 40 years, if you get married also, gone. Seeking is building the new consciousness for you to take a jump. It is like building an airport. How an airport runway is necessary for an aircraft to take off, brahmacharya body is necessary for you to take off into enlightenment, into the planes of consciousness, into the space of consciousness. One of the main reasons, Hinduism stopped being the tradition of living stream, as a head of the oldest Hindu monastery, as a representative of the Hindu tradition, I am making this statement as self-introspection and self-criticism. It is very, very, very unfortunate that Hindu tradition is not remaining as a living stream of enlightened beings. I can say, there are enlightened beings. There are few incarnations but unfortunately Hinduism lost the streams of living Masters, the streams which guarantees the production of living Master. The organization or sangas, which guarantees atleast a few hundred living Masters are continuously available from that source to the planet earth. I can guarantee you, in Tibetian Buddhist tradition, at any given point, one thousand living Masters are there, enlightened masters. I can guarantee you, Japanese Zen tradition, at any given time, hundred living Masters are there, minimum. I cannot guarantee you, in Hinduism there is any organization which can guarantee minimum hundred living masters at any given time.

Unraveling the mysteries: Insights into Sanyaas, Manu Smriti, Kundalini AwakeningPreview0:22:35

Unraveling the mysteries: Insights into Sanyaas, Manu Smriti, Kundalini Awakening

In this enlightening video, Beloved Swamiji answers some profound questions about Sanyaas, Manu Smriti, Kundalini Awakening, and Mayan Prophecies. First, he explains that Sanyaas, according to Vedic tradition, is the process of achieving enlightenment and embodying the science of enlightenment. It involves understanding and breathing life into the principles of enlightenment. Swamiji emphasizes that true Sanyaas is not about following a set of predetermined qualities or ethics, but about radiating intense bliss, energy, and being completely centered on the higher self. Moving on to Manu Smriti, Swamiji shares that Manu was the first enlightened human being who developed the concept of human civilization. Manu Smriti refers to the collective accepted understandings of Manu and was more like a democratic collective understanding of the time. Swamiji clarifies that Manu was more involved in spiritual work, while Daksha Prajapathi served as the Prime Minister and executed the tasks. He highlights that Manu's teachings were followed in ancient Madurai and were seen as the law of the land. Next, Swamiji explains the three terms - Kundalini Awakening, Third Eye Opening, and Enlightenment. He likens Kundalini Awakening to the body responding to the highest auspicious presence. Third Eye Opening is when the body and bio-memory become connected to the conscious presence. Enlightenment, on the other hand, is the state of becoming one with the auspicious presence. Swamiji emphasizes that in this session, he focuses more on Third Eye Opening and less on Kundalini Awakening, aiming for transformation rather than excessive body movements. The connection between the Third Eye and the MER-KA-BA is then addressed. Swamiji highlights that in Egyptian culture, the Third Eye played a significant role, enabling them to construct precise pyramids using geometrical precision. He explains that the MER-KA-BA, known as the light body, is closely related to the Third Eye. While the Egyptians excelled in harnessing the power of the Third Eye, they lacked the complete understanding of enlightenment. Regarding the Mayan prophecy, Swamiji challenges the interpretation that includes three days of darkness and land movement. He clarifies that in the Lemurian scrolls, a branch of Aakashik readings, there is no mention of such events. However, there will be three days of conscious radiation on Earth, leading to a decrease in the number of thoughts. Swamiji assures viewers that there will be no natural changes like lands moving or continents uniting. In conclusion, Swamiji shares his insights on humanity's ascension to the fourth dimension and envisions a future where all divisions, be it religion, language, or land, will dissolve. He predicts the emergence of a global country, global currency, and the freedom to choose one's gender and language. Swamiji envisions the establishment of large cities designated for travelers, bringing forth a conscious revolution on a global scale. Sannyas Is Eternal Romance | Nithyananda Satsang | 20 Jul 2012 TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON JULY 20 2012 AT Kodaikanal, INDIA In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) responds to a question on the nature of sannyas, the Vedic monastic lifestyle. Society's expectations of sannyas are that one should always be smiling and appear compassionate. These superficial characteristics only create pseudo-enlightenment, since they are not authentic expressions: they are about exterior appearance rather than internal integrity. When we are honest to the full extent of our capacity to perform, we breathe life into the science of enlightenment and radiate it to the cosmos. We fall in love with everyone. That is the essence of sannyas: an eternal romance with the universe. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Leaving Home For Sanyas

From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. This clip is taken from Shiva Sutras discourses titled, "Transcend through the body" and "Don't Think Be Aware". Swamiji in this clip narrates the beautiful incident when Swamiji announced to his parents about his decision to take Sanyas. He goes on to say that when a mother lets go of the physical disconnection with her baby there is birth. When they let go of the psychological connection, it is a great sign of maturity. Swmaiji tells us that very rarely do people want to explore the inner world and any such adventure to explore into consciousness should be encouraged.
