Devotion - Dance Your Way to Divinity: Nithyananda Morning Satsang (12 Nov 2010) Message

Today's discourse was the last in Paramahamsa Nithyananda's series on the Sacred Sentiments. The subject was devotion, dance your way to believing, dancing your way to divinity. If you are walking you are not walking to divinity. He was very clear; if you are waking you are just dragging your body. Walking is always just towards the graveyard. If you are dancing it is always to divinity. Ramakrishna said very beautifully, "When there are a lot of birds on a tree, if you clap your hands standing below the tree, all the birds fly away. Same way if you are clapping your hands and dancing all the karmas in your heart will fly away." The load you carry in the heart, if you sing and dance, and worship all the load and karmas in your heart will just run away. This is what makes Kirtan, the call and response form of chanting, an important technique for Enlightenment. He went on to read a passage Narada wrote about the different expressions of devotion: "Hearing about him, singing his praise, remembering him always, attending on him, taking care of him, worshipping him, saluting him, practicing the attitude of servitude to him, devotion, loving intimacy with him and surrendering oneself to him." Paramahamsa Nithyananda was so moved by the passage, he said, "Oh, God. I think he's given a complete, comprehensive description of devotion, or tried to." He went on to explain that none of these are a technique, whereas kirtan is a technique. By singing and dancing while holding the thought of the Divine, you lock it into your bio memory. Kirtan makes your being light. Carry a light being, and nothing can touch you. He stressed that he was defining character. Character means carrying a light being, nothing else is character. Carrying a light being is liberation. Only a person who is carrying a light being will be able to sing and dance. Plus, whenever you can, listen to divine music. The process he recommended is for everyone to spend half hour a day, 3 to 4 times a week, not a rigid routine, whenever you can sing and dance, your whole being will be a light being. You will not be the soil where the negativity breeds. A brooding mind is soil for negativity. Paramahamsa Nithyananda remembered his years on the road as a seeker. He remembers going for hours just singing and dancing and walking for hours and the ecstasy level and bhakti was created and stable. For days and months the experience stays in the system, it is unimaginable; you don't need anything from the outer world. If you just got a taste of this ecstasy. Not only does it create waves of devotion in you, the nervous system is so strong, it stays in your bio memory. Tomorrow he begins his discourses on the great Siddha Tradition. He explained that this is the only tradition that was able to create spiritual experiences in people through the use of medicines and herbs. He says this will be one of his great contributions to the world, reviving the great Siddha Tradition. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Bhakti - The Song of God: Nithyananda Morning Satsang (11 Nov 2010) Message

As living enlightened master and avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda continued his discourse series on Bhakti, devotion, he began poetically: " Breeze is the song of the air, wave is the song of the ocean, flower is the song of the plant, fruit is the song of the tree, creativity is the song of the man, Bhakti is the song of God himself! These are the best things each one can present to the cosmos. Paramahamsa Nithyananda emphasized the fact that the best thing that God can give to world is not enlightenment, it is Bhakti. Because with enlightenment there is the idea something is ending, but with Bhakti there is something continuously flowing. Bhakti is beyond enlightenment. Scientifically it has been shown that if your brain is removed and kept alive it can process all the information you are getting now through the computer. For example, the information the crowd saw sitting in Paramahamsa Nithyananda's satsang, just finished coing guru puja and were sitting listening to his voice. If this is fed through a computer to your brain, your brain will be experiencing it. It will go thru the same experience. Nothing more than a feeder and a computer is required. For example, if you cannot create the smell, the brain itself will create it. If 10 types of information are recorded such as the beautiful incense smell, Paramahamsa Nithyananda's voice, the noise of the fan and the scene, etc. If one is missing and the other 9 bits of information is fed into your brain through the computer, you will be surprised your brain will be going through this same experience. Then how do you call this something real and there is something called illusion? Research done on dream states and waking states, research done on deep sleep state very clearly scientifically prove how whatever you experienced including the idea of your body, you experienced it only in the parietal lobe! Bhakti is where you see whatever is seen and experienced including your body as illusion and ability to see beyond this illusion, resting into something which is beyond this illusion. This is Bhakti. Even when you remember you are going to die whatever you are creating is going to be left behind, how many times you know it, but there is something inside you that gives you a strong courage, gut feeling, "I am going to exist, I am going to be there, I am, I am eternal." He then explained very graphically that reality was like having an IMAX screen come from the back of your head and wrap around the front so your eyes can watch it. Just visualize you are sitting in an Imax theatre. From the back of you there is a huge screen. And whatever you are seeing, experiencing, is running from that screen. In Vedantic tradition, they say if you do this technique for three days your liver will be completely healed. Your liver contains all your duplicate pseudo intellectual engrams in it. So understand, with anything if you feel beyond this screen there is a reality and ability to relax into it, you have Bhakti. Bhakti IS the song of the God! Prema Bhakti - The Ultimate Path: Nithyananda Morning Satsang (10 Nov 2010) MessagePreview0:30:59

Prema Bhakti - The Ultimate Path: Nithyananda Morning Satsang (10 Nov 2010) Message

Paramahamsa Nithyananda has been talking about different dimensions of Bhakthi (devotion). He was talking about the Sacred Sentiments, Bhakthi, from different dimensions and angles. Today he talked about the important part of Bhakthi: Sacred Sentiments. Surely you can't reduce it by verbalizing. Even Paramahamsa Nithyananda said he can't verbalize what is the great ecstatic Prema Bhakthi. He said maybe he can inspire us all and share a few techniques and definitions, so he wanted to make it very clear, he was not defining Prema Bhakthi only giving us techniques. So take it as inspiration, it is too sacred. He read a beautiful poem by Akkamahadevi: Like treasure hidden in ground Taste in the fruit Gold in the rock Oil in the seed The absolute is hidden away in the heart No one can know the ways of Chennamallikarjuna One of the prema bhakthas, this poet lived like a child in ecstasy. It is hidden so deeply you can't sing about it. He said her sentiments are so simple, why not just say it with a few words? Why in a big poem? Because it is too much. When you are possessed with that experience, anything you do is poetry. So she has to tell something so she expresses her extraordinary ecstasy. When you are in Bhakthi, you don't possess Bhakthi, Bhakthi possesses you. Not like something in your house. Bhakthi will own you. If you think you own it, it is only managed Bhakthi. When Bhakthi owns you, it is Prema Bhakthi. Paramahamsa Nithyananda mentioned that at times he liked to avoid the subject by smiling. That's what he does when the subject is too much. How do you explain the word, "in the heart of the devotee like honey oozing out." You can't explain, either you experience it or not. He laughed and said most people, upon hearing a phrase like "honey oozing out of the heart" will need a bypass operation. Sometime singing about Bhakthi becomes dangerous. Paramahamsa Nithyananda said bhaktas are aliens, they don't belong to this planet. Some non-mechanical parts of brain get awakened. Once awakened many can't even talk to common man. He has devotees who can't go to parties and talk about anything else. They have nothing in common with regular people, because of their extreme ecstasy. It is only the ecstasy which can sing. For Prema Bhakthi explanation not possible, only experience is possible, maybe. Even Paramahamsa Nithyananda said how his eyes expand when he utters these words. How his throat chokes when he sings, the joy his body expresses, and the courage his being radiates with this great words, Sacred Sentiments. He hoped he could transmit this experience to the gathering of BSP attendees, Bhakti Spurana Progam. That is the only reason he goes on singing, talking every morning. Otherwise there is no other way or reason why so many words should be used to sing about something that can never be sung, never be explained. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Bhakthi: The Ultimate Esctacy (2010 November 09) - Nithyananda Morning Satsang MessagePreview0:41:51

Bhakthi: The Ultimate Esctacy (2010 November 09) - Nithyananda Morning Satsang Message

Continuing with his discourse on the Sacred Sentiments, Paramahamsa Nithyananda explained that all the great truths in the world, whether they are scientific, spiritual, societal, or mundane, are nothing but the fantasy of the moving consciousness. For instance, famous scientist Carl Sagan's concept of time and the universe matches the Vedic Rishis' concept (spiritual). In fact, many scientists agree that only the Vedic truths match the scientific truths. Westerners have trouble accepting this because the Vedantic culture comes from the East. Many believe it is an accident that these ancient thinkers could so closely match modern day thinkers. They are wrong. The fact is, everything is a fantasy, a wave happening in illusion. Science just explains the fantasy in a different language than the spiritual community, the Sacred Sentiments. Scientific explanations create a horizontal line in your brain, which creates heaviness in our being, even depression. Sacred Sentiments create a vertical line in your heart, which can lead to lightness, levitation. India used to be based on Sacred Sentiments, but as this is disappearing, the incident of teen suicide is increasing. In fact, India has the most teen suicides of any country in the world. Paramahamsa Nithyananda's concern was palpable. He said that unless India awakens the ability to cherish and share Sacred Sentiments in its youth, it will lose its most cherished resource. He urgently requested that the youth of India learn the Sacred Sentiments, learn to live from their hearts as much as their minds. Paramahamsa Nithyananda said that if there were as many sanyases as IT professionals in India, the young people would have more to live for. He offered to outsource sanyases to the rest of the world in exchange for all the IT jobs being outsourced to India. When there are as many worldwide Healing Towers as IT call centres, there will be hope. He read the lyrics to a song written by the famous mystical singer and devotee of lord Krishna, Meera. In the bhakti tradition, they are in passionate praise of lord Krishna: Unbreakable, O Lord, Is the love That binds me to You: Like a diamond, It breaks the hammer that strikes it. My heart goes into You As the polish goes into the gold. As the lotus lives in its water, I live in You. Like the bird That gazes all night At the passing moon, I have lost myself dwelling in You. O my Beloved - Return. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Today's satsang's subject is 'Bhakti - the ultimate ecstasy'. As some of you may be aware these few days I am expressing some of the great experiences and truths related to sacred sentiments. Another one important definition of sentiment, please understand, in the whole world all knowledge, whether eastern or western, scientific or fictious, superstition or fact, myth or history, religious or spiritual, spiritual or science or spiritual truth or scientific superstition, whatever way you mix and match, whatever you call as knowledge in the world, is nothing but the fantasy of moving consciousness. Please understand I am defining some of the basic truths. Whether it is Stephen Hawkins theories of the origins of the universe or Einstein's theory of relativity or the great upanishadic rishis declaration of pornamadah poornamidam poornaat poornamudachyate or the Arunagirinadar's very simple innocent begging aria nimisha neramatil charana kamalaalayethil bavamurai dhyanam vykhya ariyene a simple innocent begging - even half a minute I am not able to put my being at your feet O lord! I am not able to meditate on you. Whether it is the Einstein's theory of relativity or the declaration of Isavasya Upanishad in poornamadah poornamidam or a simple begging of Arunagirinadar saying that half a minute I am not able to put myself at your feet, everything is fantasy; understand, everything is fantasy. Of course the fantasy word is a small word but no other word. I am not able to get any other word so I am using that word. Means everything is just a wave happening in something which has no definition or scale to measure how much of it is reality, how much of it is a fantasy, how much of it can be followed, how much of it can be realized. That is why I am saying sarvam mithya. The whole thing is a wave happening in illusion. If there is some fantasy, is described in the words which you already have meaning and looks very logical for the new meaning you are able to derive; it is called science. Please understand there are some fantasies which are described in words which you already have some meaning and when you derive a new meaning for this new description, makes little sense, is called science. So any sentiment makes a straight line in your brain, is called straight line; is science. Any sentiment which makes a sweetness in your heart is called sacred sentiment, devotion; that's all. Yesterday whole night I was in samadhi contemplating on the boundary between sacred sentiment and science.

Bhakti - The Eternal key for Wisdom: Nithyananda Morning Satsang (08 Nov 2010) Message

Beginning his new series on Sacred Sentiments, living enlightened master and avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda began with Bhakti, devotion. He says Bhakti is the goal, it brings wisdom. He read a poem from the great mystic poet, Kabir: The bhakti path winds in a delicate way On this path there is no asking and no not asking The ego simply disappears the moment you touch him The joy of looking for him is so immense that you just dive in and coast around like a fish in the water If anyone needs a hand, the lover leaps up to offer his. The poem beautifully explains the gift of Bhakti. The ego simply disappears and is replaced by humbleness and deep patience. If there is suffering, it is based on arrogance. Swamiji warned viewers not be around him if you hold on to your suffering, it suffocates him. Do not try to bring him to your level. Just know he is the ultimate and disappear into him. Kabir's poem on Bhakti reminds us that when you are truly in love with God, with Existence, you are ready to leap up to help anyone who needs help. This is an extreme sacred sentiment. He advised everyone to just sit with this truth for the day and practice it. He will deliver another sacred sentiment tomorrow. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Todays subject is 'Bhakti - the eternal key for wisdom'. I can say wisdom - the eternal key for bhakti, because the goal is bhakti not wisdom. Wisdom is for bhakti. I will give you some of the sacred sentiments from these great devotees like Kabir and define the experience of bhakti. Very beautifully bhakti is described by Kabir. The bhakti winds in a delicate way. On this path there is no asking and no not asking. The ego simply disappears the moment you touch him. The joy of looking for him is so immense that you just dive in and coast around like a fish in water. If anyone needs a head, the lover leaps up to offer his. Yesterday one of our Ma rishi was asking, what's a difference between the non suffering and vyakulata; yearning. Kabir gives answer for this, that question. See yesterday I was describing base of bhakti is non suffering. She was asking how can we differentiate the non suffering and vyakulata; yearning. Please understand, in yearning, vyakulata, you will never have hatred towards the Master or God. In suffering you have demands and when that demands are not met you will have a deep hatred, pain. You can't forgive him. Not only that even if he meets your demands you will feel, oh I am bound by him. I have to be independent of him. You will have hatred to him. I have seen people. If I don't meet their need they have hatred for me. If I say it's ok alright I will do what you want, even then, no I am independent of you. I don't want you to do that. Again they have hatred. Understand the difference between the non suffering and vyakulata. With vyakulata you will always melt you. With suffering you will try to melt the other person, try to change the other person. So non suffering is different, vyakulata is different. Please understand in vyakulata there will never be any hatred; yearning. There will never be any hatred. But in suffering you will start hating the other person, the pain for. You will start abusing, blaming the other person. So understanding of the non suffering and vyakulata is very important. Here Kabir very clearly says there is no asking and no not asking; no asking no not asking. In vyakulata you neither ask and it not that you never ask. With suffering you ask and even if he fulfills, you are not fulfilled. And I have seen the arrogant people; they don't even want to receive when I give. No it is not necessary, because I begged you are giving, I don't want to take that. Fools! With suffering, suffering is always based on arrogance and vyakulata is based on humbleness. Here the Kabir is describing vyakulata, no asking and no not asking; means you don't ask and it is not mean, it does not mean you don't accept when it is showered on you. It is such a deep humbleness and passiveness; a deep patience. You see with vyakulata you don't feel he is human; equal to you. But with suffering you start feeling he is equal to you. That is why always I tell people, if you are suffering you don't have love for me. You bring me to your level. You try to bring me to your level. Your arrogance, you try to raise, you try to think you are equalent to me and you bring me to your level. With vyakulata you always know he is ultimate and you just only try to disappear into me, try to dissolve into the Master or God. The bhakti path winds in a delicate way. On this path there is no asking and no not asking. Kabir's answer for difference between non suffering; Kabir is making you understand more clearly on non suffering and vyakulata. The ego simply disappears the moment you touch him. The joy of looking for him is so immense that you just dive in and coast around like a fish in water. If anyone needs a head the lover leaps up to offer his.

Dissolve into Devotion - Nithyananda Morning Satsang (07 Nov 2010) Message

This morning's message began Paramahamsa Nithyananda's series on the sacred sentiments. While doing research on the topic of devotion, Bhakti, Paramahamsa Nithyananda was surprised that no studies existed in the West on the concept of Bhakti. Lots had been done on the power of prayer, and its positive effect on illnesses, but no interest was shown about Devotion. Paramahamsa Nithyananda was very clear; these two concepts are completely different. Prayer has its roots in the Western religious concept that there is one almighty God that created the universe. In the Vedic tradition, God and the universe are not separate. The whole consciousness decided to expand and enjoy itself, and so it became many. The Ganges civilization knew all is consciousness, and to celebrate the very existence of consciousness. The reason the Siddha style of healing is so effective is that it treats every cell and molecule in the body as an independent intelligence. The understanding of God and the Universe is the distinction between devotion and prayer. Bhakti flowers from the centre of the synchronicity of knowing we are one with the source. When we understand the correct relationship between God, nature, human society, and ourselves, that we are all one, sacred sentiment occurs. When we don't understand the relationship of these four, only sentiment, flawed emotion, occurs. People who feel there is a God and a Heaven will feel cheated when they try to go there after death. Understand the Origin enjoys itself out of its own independent intelligence. When this right understanding hits you, you will feel a great bubbling up in your heart and a huge load vanishes from your system. That feeling is Bhakti, devotion. The basis for Bhakti is non-suffering. If you are suffering, get rid of it, unclutch from it. No devotion can happen with suffering. From the base of non-suffering, anything emotion that wells up in you is sacred sentiment. Tomorrow, Paramahamsa Nithyananda will continue with his discourse on sacred sentiment. Deepavali - Festival of Lights: Nithyananda Morning Satsang (06 Nov 2010) MessagePreview0:28:06

Deepavali - Festival of Lights: Nithyananda Morning Satsang (06 Nov 2010) Message

This morning Paramahamsa Nithyananda offered his blessings for Deepavali. It is not only one of India's most important celebrations, but this day commemorates Paramahamsa Nithyananda's first blessings given in Tamil after his enlightenment settled into his body. It was on Deepavali in the year 2000 that he came out of his 9 months of silence and uttered his first words as an Enlightened Master and Avatar, "Be Blissful". His message to us all was to understand the true meaning of Deepah, the lamp of knowledge. It is a mystical message which reminds us to see beyond the seen. All of our suffering comes from only seeing what is seen, which is based on our internal expectations. When we are stuck in what is seen, we create suffocation for ourselves. He reminds us to go beyond the seen, go beyond his image, to nirvikalpi. This creates breathing space within us. By seeing beyond what is seen, we will have dancing space, and extraordinary ecstasy. So often he sees people only picking what they want to see, not what he is offering. To be around him, it is important to be blissful and happy. Even one wound in your system, one samskara, will keep you missing him, abusing him. This creates a big problem for him. People need to break out of these flawed mental setups, and Deepavali is the day when new resolutions can be made and kept. Even Paramahamsa Nithyananda did this in Varanasi yesterday. To commemorate Deepavali while he was there he wanted to keep up the tradition and drop something. Even though he dropped everything when he became enlightened, he thought, "I'll drop something again." He decided to drop any hurt to him that might have been caused by society, people, ex-disciples, or nature, which he doesn't know about. In return, he asked all of his disciples around the world to drop any hurt they feel he might have caused them. As we are unaware of how Existence works through him, or the reason behind his actions, don't feel hurt when he does something that is necessary for our growth, or because we have misinterpreted something based on our own samskaras. It is a time for us all to heal. The best way of doing this is to continue doing heavy Hatha Yoga every day. He reminded us that in the siddha tradition, every day devotees must do 700 pranayams in the morning, 200 at noon, and 200 in the evening, to prepare our bodies to hold the Kundalini explosion that will happen. Currently the ashramites are doing 108 Sun Salutations (surya namaskars) every morning. One sun salutation equals 12 pranayams, so following the ashramite routine will prepare your body for the Kundalini awakening and hold it. Beginning tomorrow he will be speaking on the Siddha tradition for the next month. Happy Deepavali! Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Rebirth - Fantasy or Reality: Nithyananda Morning Satsang (03 Nov 2010) Message

Avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda was eager to share some quotations and discoveries, inventions, opinions of researchers and scientists on this topic. Roger J.Woolger, PhD, a modern Jungian psychotherapist, and past life therapist gave evidence for diseases that were cured when the past life trauma was removed. For example, a woman's chronic migraine disappeared after reliving the agony of being a 7 year old dying from the head wounds inflicted by her father. Woogler refers to the physical manifestations of apparent past life experiences as inherited structures. A weak stomach may carry past life memories of poisoning, starvation or dysentery. If you have a past life memory of poisoning, dysentery or starvation your stomach can be weak. Not only that, if you see all these poisoning, dysentery or starvation continuously, your stomach can be weak. Whenever you see psychological or physiological weakness around you, you will get impacted by it. All social conditioning is not forced on you by society. Anything happening in society you put yourself in that situation to see and experience. Society does not condition you. You get conditioned by society. Really your parents are not such cruel people to make you like this. NO. They are not cruel, they are just ignorant. Only when you understand that, you will forgive them and get out of this conditioning. For a while Paramahamsa Nithyananda switched topics and explained about sacred sentiment, and the value of having more teaching and learning processes being given in a poetic form. The sacred sentiments make the whole experience as Now -- immediate. People always feel in modern society if you open up in sacred sentiments you are a fool. I tell you those fools are the ones who will die with Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's, heart attacks, arthritis, nervous breakdown, depression --these are the demons sent to planet earth to kill them. They are sent to finish people who don't melt with sacred sentiments. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Relive to Relieve | Nithyananda Satsang | 02 Nov 2010

Living Avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda continued his healing discourse today with healing the second layer of our past, that means past lives. He began by quoting research by modern day Rishis. Scientists in the field of past life regression like Dr.Brian.L.Weiss (leading psychotherapist and author of 'same-soul many bodies, many lives many masters) and Dr.Ian Stevenson state: Past life therapy can be a cure for psychological ailments like unexplained fears for example -- claustrophobia, which is a fear of closed spaces. A person relived a past life in which he was buried alive in an earthquake. Once the trauma was released, he was able to overcome the fear (healing evidence of a claustrophobic patient) Paramahamsa Nithyananda confirmed he knew this to be true. If you are buried alive or got drowned in past life you have claustrophobia. Not only that if you have strong fears about your parents especially your father, you will project the same thing onto your guru. If you have loving relationship with your father, you will have no trouble loving Paramahamsa Nithyananda. 'Samsaya' or doubt is such a demon, it makes you uncomfortable everywhere. Wherever you go if you start doubting your whole life becomes hell and impossible to live. There are many things you are carrying from the past lives. An inability to open up, to trust is a worst hell. Because with that quality, however comfortable life is, you just can't live. You will suffocate. Claustrophobia and living with people whom you can't trust is one and the same. Even if you have huge house and wealth, if you don't trust the people you live with, you will have deep claustrophobia. Even with so much space, you will feel suffocation. If you look at all the engrams in you -- accepting that they are there and looking through -- go on digging, digging -- you will see the 1st layer past & 2nd layer past will open up. This is a most powerful process for the past life regression. An abstract from www.healpastlives.com says morbid obesity or clinically severe obesity is a life threatening condition caused by a chronic urge to over eat. Research says that although genetic mutation, physical addiction, brain chemistry and psychological pain may be the causes, unhealed past life karma is the primary cause. Further, research says the most common past life causes for morbid obesity are: 1. Starvation in one or more past lives leads to constant desire to overeat. 2. Fear of past and guilt from past lives. In addition, Paramahamsa Nithyananda add that if you have cheated somebody's food, again that karma lands in your system. All countries which are depriving food from other countries through various methods -- scientifically, socially, economically -- they are suffering with obesity. As a great understanding of life, food should be free for humanity. Paramahamsa Nithyananda advised all his devotees and disciples to keep their kitchen open to any visitor, beggar, sadhu, guest or even the animals who live in that area. All of them should be given food. He told all of his viewers to work towards making food free on planet earth, and everyone will see wealth and prosperity constantly showered on them. Furthermore, sharing will relieve you from obesity. Same way if you learn moment by moment, all that happens will become lessons and energy in you and they leave you. But you dump all the incidents as engrams in you. That stored engram which has not become intelligence in you is stored as past engrams. Now, re-living them with intelligence, the unnecessary part leaves you. By digesting them and making them as wisdom and releasing unnecessary engrams from your system is 'healing the past'. By Reliving the past, you will relieve yourself of its effect on your present. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Reincarnation - A Myth or A Fact - Nithyananda Morning Satsang (01 Nov 2010) MessagePreview0:44:43

Reincarnation - A Myth or A Fact - Nithyananda Morning Satsang (01 Nov 2010) Message

Continuing with the same theme from yesterday, Paramahamsa Nithyananda explained more about past lives. Dr.Ian Stevenson, a renowned psychotherapist says "missing or malformed limbs are caused by 'traumatic death' in past lives. Missing limbs are often carry overs from past life amputations where entire limb was removed. Malformed limbs are often carry overs from wounds inflicted during past lives. Reincarnation theory is neither based on all men being equal nor on all men being unequal. It is standing on what is, so that what we want can be created and achieved. This carrying the wounds without accepting means you'll have an agitated response to the reality presented to you. That is responsible for your wounds being carried to next life. Paramahamsa Nithyananda said any personal pain that happened in you -- accept, look into it. Any idea you carry about social injustice, inequality -- accept it. I am not saying keep quiet. I am saying accept and look in. Don't be agitated. An agitated person will never win. Agitation means you've already lost the game. Accept, look into any wound or pain that happened in you physically or emotionally, even socially, dharmically. Whatever it may be accept and look in. This was today's message to heal your past life and open a new future. An abstract from www.healpastlives.com by Ellen Mogensen -- she relates the past life with the diseases of the body in the present life. She says, "The most common birth defects are heart related. Those in their past lives who did not love themselves or others enough will contract heart defects at birth." Nithyananda accepts what she is talking about. He has found that strong intellectuals will have problems with their liver also. Next she said, "Spine defects are the 2nd most common birth defects. Those in their past life who used their abundant energy to hurt or control others will contract spinal defects at birth!" Again, Paramahamsa Nithyananda accepts what she is talking about. She further says, "Parkinson's disease is a degenerative disorder of nervous system that impairs individual motor skills, speech and also sleep, mood, etc. Idiopathic (means unknown cause) Parkinson's disease occurs due to our past life connections. Two reasons are: 1) Mental Supremacy : Parkinson's disease sufferers in past lives focused on their mental development to exclusion of their physical & emotional development. For example, some higher level yoginis ignore their body's suffering, blowing out hips, knees, ankles in pursuit of spiritual enlightenment. The mission over the body caused by mental supremacy in past lives creates this disease now. Nithyananda has the solution for Parkinson's disease. It is the schedule followed at the ashram: Intense physical activity in the morning for two hours and extraordinary fulfilling intense joyful night life. He said he will take care of our mental development. The morning session from 5 to 8 should be body based, evening from 5 to 8 intellectual mind based, and night emotion based. Any community which does not have these 3 will have Parkinson's disease. These 3 should be a compulsory part in life. 2) Emotional suppression -- the bottled up emotional suppression in past life. For example bureaucrats who suppress the revulsion they have over their actions and brutal acts of torture required by the government. This creates emotions and mood symptoms of Parkinson's disease now. Avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda's message was clear: heal yourself now, or have to live with the effects of it in this life, and many more to come. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Reincarnation - A Science or Superstition: Nithyananda Morning Satsang (31 Oct 2010) MessagePreview0:31:55

Reincarnation - A Science or Superstition: Nithyananda Morning Satsang (31 Oct 2010) Message

Continuing on his discourse about healing the second layer of the past, or our past lives, Avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda explained the effect past lives had on our current bodies, and how to go beyond this. Dr.Ian Stevenson -- a renowned psychiatrist says, "Personality traits, personal preferences and habits often persist from one incarnation to the other." As Swamiji reiterates, any scientist who does honest research, possessed by sincerity has to land on the truth. One website: www.healthepastlives.com even gives examples of how different habits and affectations have followed people through many lives, for many reasons. Your body is the ultimate matter that can happen on the frequency of this planet. Celebrate its existence, no matter what! We go through all kinds of bodies on our journey on this planet. We have experienced each animal group, such as a reptile, bird, fish. The Vedic tradition believes that the fish is the lowest body which can hold an engram and transfer it to the next body. Lower bodies get engrams, but can't pass them on. Only past life memories which cause hurt must be removed. Good memories from past lives can be awakened and great things can happen. To be able to fly, you must awaken the bird memory. Most people have these memories buried too deep to access. Levitation and flying is our birthright, stresses the Avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Many skills can be awakened in us by doing past life work. The fastest way to do this is by being aware during all of your moments, and movements. By bringing awareness into what you are doing, you are practicing Zen Living. This will remove engrams which harm you. Some people incarnate and allow the same flawed engrams to run their lives over and over again. The inability to remove engrams results in death. Awakening the right memories will result in extraordinary powers expressing in your body. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Recall Your Past to Revive Your Future: Nithyananda Morning Message (29 Oct 2010)

Today's discourse by Avatar and enlightened master Paramahamsa Nithyananda was a real mindbender. He explained very patiently to the confused crowd that past, present and future all exist at one time, on one shiny screen. Imagine you are standing in front of a huge canvas painting that is over 200 feet long. You can only view a few feet of the painting at a time, but the entire painting exists, just sitting there waiting for you to see it all. This is the same with time. As Paramahamsa Nithyananda has told us again and again, time is matter. You can only catch moments at a time. The same with this painting! You are standing in front of a section, and decide to call it the present. The part of the painting you have already seen you label "Past", and the part of the painting you have yet to see, you call "The Future". The painting doesn't change; how you perceive it changes. When people ask if the future is set, or can we change it, Paramahamsa Nithyananda's answer is: "The future cannot be changed, YOUR future can. Meaning, the future is a painting. It is there. How we react to this painting is under our control. It can be changed by our sadana, our spiritual practice. The topic for the day gives three techniques. Recalling the past is a cleansing meditation technique. Resting in your present is a technique for living. Reviving your Future is a technique for creation. Release Your Engrams And Realize Yourself: Nithyananda Morning Message (28 Oct 2010)Preview0:18:28

Release Your Engrams And Realize Yourself: Nithyananda Morning Message (28 Oct 2010)

Avatar (incarnation) and enlightened master Paramahamsa Nithyananda began today's discourse with research by modern day Rishis, researchers, from the University of California (Los Angeles) - UCLA. They are finding that long term; complicated grief activates neurons in remote centres of the brain, possibly giving memories addiction-like properties. Paramahamsa Nithyananda has experienced people who are so addicted to their pain; he cannot help them walk out of it. This creates a "Mature Pain Body" which can go on expanding and reproducing more and more pain bodies indefinitely. This is a very important step. If engrams become like addiction and aren't cleared, extraordinary suffering becomes a lifestyle. The brain starts believing that this is the juice of life. Montreal University researchers in Canada studied the brains of Zen meditators and found that meditation reinforces the central brain region and removes pain. In fact, this central area of the brain thickens. Paramahamsa Nithyananda experienced this as well. He reminds us that by unclutching and simply witnessing, we can thicken this part of the brain. This in turn awakens the Kundalini shakti and non-mechanical parts of the brain. Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard declared engrams to be the root of all human ills. By removing our engrams we can cure arthritis, asthma, high blood pressure, and the rest of the chronic illnesses plaguing modern day society. Engrams get caught in our bio memory the way nuts get caught in frozen ice cream. They can't be removed unless the ice cream thaws. Same way, deep devotion melts our biomemory and allows the engrams to be removed. Paramahamsa Nithyananda again reiterated that his new Cathartic course being planned which will heal the first layer of past from our system, will be offered by his temples and ashrams around the world. This will be a huge service to humanity, and prepare people for tremendous transformation when they attend IA and LBE courses. It will also move humanity into a higher state of consciousness. Heal Your Mental Scars To Redesign Your Life: Nithyananda Morning Message (27 Oct 2010)Preview0:37:55

Heal Your Mental Scars To Redesign Your Life: Nithyananda Morning Message (27 Oct 2010)

Avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda continued with his teachings outlining how samskaras (engraved memories or engrams), our emotional and mental scars, affect how we behave in the present. Some of us even carry physical scars which are related to samskaras carried in past lives and these engrams are responsible for all brain disorders such as Alzeimers. Scientist Joseph Chilton says Samskaras or engrams are fixed predispositions carried in our subtle body that warp the neutral flow of energy and deliver pseudo (false) information to the brain, resulting in disturbance in the neutral processing of information the brain is designed to provide us! The best solution, says Paramahamsa Nithyananda, is to make sure humans develop individual awareness before the age of 14. This is the only way an evolved human civilization will happen. Until then, all we have is hell, everyone suffering from running into other people's samskaras. No healthy relationship is possible in an environment such as this. Paramahamsa Nithyananda remembers during his seeking, asking the question, "Who am I?" He said the answer was so unfathomable, he dropped it. He narrates his experience in his life with an enlightened master who created a situation in his life which taught him, 'Whenever you break the ordinary and become the extra ordinary it is to tell you that even the ordinary is not worth holding.' Dr.Timothy McCall says the brain is pliable and capable of developing new neurons, neural pathways, and memories as you create new habits and life patterns, even in adults. By using Cathartic Meditation Techniques and intense physical exercise, these engrams and samskaras can be permanently erased from your body, and a newer, healthier version of you can be born. Nithyananda decided to offer a 21 day Cathartic program to deal specifically with this. Stay tuned to www.dhyanapeetam.org for details in 2011. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Unlock The Past To Heal The Future: Nithyananda Morning Message (25 Oct 2010)Preview0:37:19

Unlock The Past To Heal The Future: Nithyananda Morning Message (25 Oct 2010)

Enlightened master and Avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda began today's discourse with current scientific study which supports the ancient Vedic knowledge. The Life Research Academy has found that 90% of all diseases and ailments we suffer from have past life connections. This is also supported by L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology. They agree that past life therapy can cure unexplained fears, phobias, depression and a host of other psychological disorders. Scientists, or Rishis, from the past knew this long ago. Patanjali said "the root of all affliction is past action". Nithyananda states "it is out of the past that your present is made. You can always release it." Every day he recommends you check the state of your body and mind. Are you moving towards the goal of having a yogic body and vedic mind? Many of us have the goal of moving towards enlightenment, but Paramahamsa Nithyananda says this is unrealistic because we don't actually understand what this means. The goal is too abstract for us to comprehend. By keeping the goal in sight of a yogic body, you can actually check daily: "Am I feeling healthy, joyful?" Same with the vedic mind, "Am I excited about my day? Is my awareness expanding?" These are goals that can be tracked. Then, every day around him becomes worthy. By reliving engrams, you release them. By coming to terms with your past you can develop your tuition. By healing your past you remove the blockages to your intuition, and can see your future. These processes happen during the Inner Awakening (www.innerawakening.org) course he offers. Some think his techniques are extreme, but he is creating new man and woman. He offers the following technique: on any given subject, take two conflicting statements he has made and chew them over. You will come to your own conclusion: which to absorb, which to throw away. This is called Manana, contemplation. By adding honesty to Manana (contemplation), you get Viveka, Discrimination. Most religions don't allow this process; they demand you follow rules without explanation. The mystic religions encourage this Manana so that you can become your own truth. This creates Inner Awakening and your inner light becomes lit. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Discover Aakashic Records In Your DNA: Nithyananda Morning Message (24 Oct 2010)

In this morning message, Paramahamsa Nithyananda describes how our past is recorded in your DNA and how the past can be retrieved from the DNA. These past records are called Aakashic records. According to modern science, 90% of the so called junk DNA contain the history of all our past births. Paramahamsa Nithyananda elaborates on this and shows that Vedic literature like Upanishads, shastras etc. are filled with content which speak about this scientific truth thousands of years ago. He talks about agamya karma and sanchita karma. Agamya karma comprises the desires which we build in this life time. Sanchita karma comprises all the unfulfilled desires of all our lives and these are stored in DNA as supported by the recent scientific studies. Paramahamsa Nithyananda says that in Vedic tradition, language was not just a mode of communication for people. It was used to retrieve the information from DNA. Language was taught as science of sound and how prana can be used to retrieve these aakashic records stored in our DNA. He describes avatar (incarnation) is a person who has the ability to retrieve all records from the DNA. He also describes the concept of poison in Shiva's neck. He talks about karma yoga and past life regression also in this context. Watch this video to know more. Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Your Thoughts and Emotions Affect DNA: Nithyananda Morning Message (23 Oct 2010)

In this discourse, Paramahamsa Nithyananda elaborately describes how human emotions and thoughts directly affect DNA and shows the Vedic science behind these modern scientific facts. Different diseases like diabetes, arthritis, chronic heart problems and blood pressure have been directly linked to human emotions by modern science. The same has however been described in great detail in ancient Vedic literature. Paramahamsa Nithyananda describes how having tiring desires leads to diabetes, fear creates blood pressure, guilt creates arthritis and so on. Nithyanand Spurana Program is all about removing these emotions from one's biomemory. Inner Awakening (www.innerawakening.org) is a further intense program that cleanses one's biomemory of these strong emotions. Paramahamsa Nithyananda describes other issues like depression which is prevalent in most people from different backgrounds. He describes depression gives oneself a feeling of psychological coziness. He further adds when an individual's biomemory is filled with such emotions, it leads to ageing and removal of these emotions from the biomemory is the technique for anti-ageing. This Vedic truth is supported now by the scientific studies which show that the DNA compresses or curls when it is exposed to emotions like fear, frustration and anger. When the same DNA is exposed to love and peace, it elongates or relaxes. He also explains when an incarnation (avatar) hugs or gives initiation to someone with a touch, he is actually transferring the biomemory (which has all the 12 strands of DNA awakened) to the individual. Awaken Your Extra Sensory Powers Through Super DNA | Nithyananda Satsang | 22 Oct 2010

Paramahamsa Nithyananda shared a few insights on Super DNA from his experience, and from some of the great revelations by the modern-day rishis (scientists), and from some of the scriptural quotations from ancient vedic rishis. The following discovery was on the Telegalaxy.com website: DNA has been found to have a basic ability to put itself together even at a distance, when, according to known science, it should not be able to. Simply put: Teleporting and Telepathy are all possible! Scientists are showing that DNA can cause patterns in a vacuum, producing magnetic "worm holes"; that can attract bits of information outside time and space. This means you do not have to learn from your five senses, i.e., through hearing or seeing, etc., and then learning. Instead the direct transmission of energy allows higher knowledge and consciousness to be downloaded without the use of the five senses. This explains how Nithyananda has created so much written material in eight years of public life; such a vast amount that it will take anyone 33 years to learn. He did not learn it through the traditional methods; he simply downloaded it from the cosmos. Very clearly you can see that this much information cannot get into your system through ears or eyes, or through any system of education. The secret is: DNA can create magnetic "worm holes" which receive bits of information outside time and space. Through the process of being initiated by an Avatar such as Nithyananda, dormant DNA can be activated to create the ability to download information. Indigo children are born with activated DNA and are natural telepaths. As a result, Nithyananda's mission school is working intensely towards creating an infrastructure to specially take care of indigo kids to bloom as incarnations (avatar). One last piece of research from spiritofmaat.com - a researchers' site. The researchers say that just like the Internet, our DNA is a biological internet. DNA can feed proper data to network, can call up data from network, and establish contact with other participants in network. It means, all awakened DNAs, meaning enlightened beings, can send information, and receive information, and pass information to other evolved beings telepathically. Within one year, Paramahamsa Nithyananda will establish at least twenty people with this activated DNA. They will be made to sit in different parts of the country, and regular communication will be done to them just through DNA without any conventional method like a cell phone, or Skype, or Internet, or any normal media. Only when these things are proven by science and technology, will it be accepted as truth objectively. He explains how super DNA is activated during inner awakening program (www.innerawakening.org) Join Paramashivasena Summit: https://kailasa.ai/pss

Genetic Science Behind Initiation: Nithyananda Morning Message (21 Oct 2010)

In yet another modern-science-meets-Vedic-tradition discourse, Paramahamsa Nithyananda describes the science behind initiation and how recent scientific studies on activating DNA and genetics supports this Vedic science of initiation. Activate Your DNA & Anti-ageing: Nithyananda Morning Message (20 Oct 2010)

In this discourse, Paramahamsa Nithyananda again connects ancient Vedic knowledge to modern scientific studies on DNA. In this discourse, Paramahamsa Nithyananda describes how activating or awakening the DNA can directly lead to anti-ageing. He quotes some modern scientific studies which talk about activiation of dormaant portions of DNA activates dormant portions of the brain. Some DNA activations directly affect the pineal gland or the ajna (agna) chakra (third eye energy center). Activating the pineal gland directly leads to anti-ageing process. Furthering on these scientific studies, he quotes a recent study which says that when DNA gets replicated from one cell to the new cell, some portions are not replicated or generated. This loss leads to ageing. Paramahamsa Nithyananda elaborate this very concept in terms of consciousness. He says that Every moment takes birth from this moment. This moment is time mixed with thoughts of fear and greed. So when the new moment is created, full life energy or pure space is not transmitted from the parent cell to the child cell. This is what is missing which is corroborated by recent scientific studies. Rising the level of consciousness by removing one's fear and greed engrams (engraved memories) leads to replicating cells with full energy or pure space and hence results in anti-ageing process. Paramahamsa Nithyananda also described the inner awakening program (www.innerawakening.org), the 21-day enlightenment intensive program, in which he helps create the pure space and activates new strands of DNA. Super DNA - Gateway to 2012: Nithyananda Morning Message (19 Oct 2010)

http://innerawakening.org/ Awaken Divine Consciousness - Inner Awakening In this discourse, Paramahamsa Nithyananda describes about recent discoveries on super DNA which results in indigo children (children with two strands of DNA activated). Usually only one strand of DNA is activated in humans but in these biologically special children called indigo children or rainbow children. Activating more than one strand of DNA also results in individuals with special powers (siddhis) and heightened consciousness. A recent scientific study also showed that activating more strands of DNA affects not only future generations but generations of the past. Paramahamsa Nithyananda gives references from Vedic literature which clearly the same truth when takes up sanyas. Paramahamsa Nithyananda elaborates on this topic and tells how one can activate more strands of DNA. He says surrender and intense seeking leads to this activation. Also he says when all the 12 strands of DNA are activated, the person is an incarnation (avataar). Karmic Healing: Nithyananda Morning Message (18 Oct 2010)

In yet another interesting discourse, Paramahamsa Nithyananda brings modern science on DNA and ancient Vedic science on Karma together. Every human DNA has two types of DNA, one is known which represent the physiology and other mental setup of human beings. This is what is currently being considered as blue-print of an individual. Recent scientific studies have proved that the second type which is called junk DNA or shadow DNA actually holds the spiritual tendencies of the individual and actually represents the individual. Paramahamsa Nithyananda renames the junk DNA as individual-self or jeevatma DNA. The first kind of DNA is microcosmic DNA whereas the second is the macrocosmic DNA. An Avataar (avatar) or incarnation is a person in whom both the types of DNA are fully activated. Paramahamsa Nithyananda describes various incidents from his life to describe the macrocosmic DNA and microcosmic DNA and defines god. He defines god as anything that we do not have any idea about or what our biomemory does not have. It is because we do not have that biomemory, we go after it, we like god. Watch the full discourse to get deeper understanding on the different types of DNA and how they affect our very understanding of life and enlightenment in the words of Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
