In this video, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam speaks to delegates during the Nithyananda Spurana Session on 16 October 2005 speaks about adding conscious experience, thoughtless awareness and explains the technology of how to create thoughtless awareness in you. Add this conscious experience so when you leave, you'll have that as a light to guide you. If you are not having even one glimpse of that thoughtless awareness, naturally you will be pushed and pulled by your thoughts. Samskaras (patterns) are living energies, they pull you again and again in that same experience. If you have blissful thoughts, they attract more blissful things in your life. same way if you have painful thoughts, they attract more pain in your life and what memories you hold in your inner space, at the time of death, that starts coming out.
