Bhavana Ateeta is the process of deleting and rewriting past dimensions to manifest in the present and future. Sat Bhava is the deep cleansing and rewriting of multiple past dimensions. Finally, Paramashivatva is the ultimate state where one rewrites their entire past as Paramashiva, leading to a state of pure existence and the ability to manifest anything. SPH emphasizes that by strengthening this internal state, one can manifest multiple desires simultaneously by integrating them into a single visualization and resting in the pure "is-ness" of Paramashiva.
