Doorway to Divine Energy - Vishuddhi Chakra || Ananda Spurana || 01 Aug 2004

Name Of The Convention: Ananda Spurana Session on: Powerful technique to open the throat chakra Date: 01 August 2004 Venue: New Jersey, USA

In this video Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam introduces the 3 layers of energy accessible to everyone: day-to-day energy, emergency energy and Divine spiritual energy. Generally, we only access day-to-day energy. When we find ourselves in an emergency situation and have to save ourselves, the pressure is too much and the second layer emergency energy opens up. It is at this time when people can experience strength or speed that they wouldn't normally have. The third layer energy is called God, Divine or spiritual power. Whether or not we know it, believe it or accept it; we all have a direct connection to third layer energy and third layer energy has direct connection with us. Once our throat (Vishuddhi) chakra is opened, we can access all three layers of energy. The throat chakra is blocked by low self-esteem. In this video, HDH shares a powerful technique to open the throat chakra and access the third layer energy.
