An early program conducted by HDH Bhagawan #Nithyananda Paramashivam in 2002 which focuses on the different powerful cognitions and meditations help to cleanse and energize the 7 energy centers and go beyond the negative emotions like lust, worry, fear, attention need, jealousy and discontentment. The head is sufficient to learn intellectual things.

The foundation chakra is the Mooladhara #Chakra - the Root center. This chakra is blocked when you are out of touch with reality and live in #fantasy and imagination. And the energy flows when you see Reality as it is with no buffers. The heart is needed to enjoy poetry, music and art. If you only read with your head, you will be missing out the full experience. However, for spiritual wisdom, neither heart nor head will work! Only being can help. When this happens in the presence of HDH, all aspects of us - head, heart and being - are transformed and you experience complete transformation and an experience of your superconsciousness.
