How to Prepare for This Once-in-300-Year #Shivaratri? Powerful Guide & Process by THE SPH

For just three days, consume haritaki powder and castor oil, and either be on a liquid diet or have one uncooked meal (fruits and vegetables in large quantity). Drop all distractions and activities; pause your work, don't go to the office, and stay off social media. Continuously vibrate your whole being with the frequency of 'Shiva, Shiva, Shiva.' The vibration should be so powerful that your individual "I-ness" dissolves into Paramashiva. When the "I"-ness, the first person you carry, dissolves in Paramashiva, Paramashiva does not feel separate from you and engulfs you totally. Until Maha Paramashivaratri on March 9, come for Darshan daily and enjoy these three days of vacation with Paramashiva! All your patterns, root patterns, pains, sufferings, and incompletions will just disappear. KAILASA will be providing spiritual support. For the next three days, we will be having continuous live Zoom sessions. Sannyasis and Sannyasinis will be chanting the Shiva Mantra along with you and guiding everyone from all over the world. You will experience Nithyananda, the Paramashivananda, Paramashiva's supreme state of bliss! The benefits will be immense due to this auspicious timing and THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM's initiation. #shivaratri #shiva #linga #tiruvannamalai #shivratri #mahashivratri Join this channel to get access to the perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9OM-qeiYIPtAkBe9veG5uw/join Watch, share, and like our videos | Subscribe to our channel to be notified of the next upload.
