In his characteristic way Swmaiji goes on to tell us that Man - Inner Chatterin = God and God - Inner Chattering = Man! This clip is taken from Shiva Sutras discourse titled From Sounds to Silence which can be purchased online at www.lifeblissgalleria. com.
