How To Melt Sexual Suppression & Other Fantasies | A Guided Meditation

Cerebral layers stop you from living in reality. It makes you dull and reduces the capacity to live in either world. If your cerebral layer is too thick, If you have too much sexual suppression you can't live with the real person. A thick cerebral layer will make you an utter failure in your real relationship. The cerebral layer not just disturbs one's spiritual life but even the outer-worldly life also. Meditation Instructions: It is a 30-minute meditation. 1. Dukha Harana meditation: First 10 minutes of deep chaotic breathing, as deeply as possible, as chaotically as possible, as fastly as possible. This will melt all the suppression in your system and melt the cerebral layer. Please stand up and do this process. Bend your kneed a little bit so that your whole body receives prana or energy. Breathing should be done through the mouth only. 2. Throw it out in 3 ways: (a) catharsis through verbal language, (b) catharsis through body language, and (c) tensing your body. Tense the body, scream as deeply as possible (speak the language you don't know), shout at everybody but no language. Do this along with tensing the body. 3. Next 10 minutes sit silently and meditate on Muladhara at the root of the spinal cord that is where the cerebral layer is stored. 00:00 Context Setting 02:52 Introduction to Meditation Technique - step One 03:36 Meditation Technique - second step 06:23 Meditation Technique - third step #Nithyananda #Kailasa #Guidedmeditation #Lust #Fantasy #SexualSuppression #Sex Explore more meditation techniques here - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLC382D1CE98AEFF4C Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9OM-qeiYIPtAkBe9veG5uw/join Watch, share and like our videos | Subscribe to our channel to be notified of the next upload.
