Name of The Program - Ananda Spurana Program (ASP) Session on - Vishuddhi Chakara “Dare To Be #Unique” Venue- Ashaktha Poshaka Sabha, V.V.Puram, Bangalore Date- 18 April 2002

Designed by HDH, ASP (Ananda Spurana Program) helps us break from the cycle of #negative emotions that affect our daily life, our relationships, and our work. It is designed to cleanse 7 major energy centers (#chakras) in our bodies. It empowers our life with an understanding of the chakras that directly reduce stress, improve sleep, overcome fears and worry, improve relationships, increase clarity and joy, and create high energy levels.

All life is ruled by comparisons which is why all our problems and negative emotions are influenced by making comparisons based on money, intellect, beauty, fame, etc. How we are affected, whether we care or don't care, is up to us. This is why all our emotions are our choice.

Our desires are always fulfilled by God who simply keeps giving. However, if we have trained ourselves to be discontent, we will never be satisfied. We will keep on comparing to something else and not appreciate what we have already. This is why it is important to work out your life based on your ideas not based on another's life. Take actions based on what you want, not what others want.

In this video HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam Shares about Root Cause of Comparison What is the root cause of comparison? Comparison happens because we don’t know ourselves. If you are comparing yourself to others, it simply means that you don’t appreciate yourself enough! Only when you don’t trust your own being, you start comparing with others.

HDH started reviving SHRI KAILASA - the enlightened civilization - from the time He landed on the Planet. This is the earliest recording available of the initial Enlightenment transmission programs He conducted after the public declaration of the International Mission on 31 Dec 1999.
