In this video Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam explained with His delegates about the Nithyananda Spurana convention. All saints, sages, & enlightened masters will express the truth based on their own experiences. Almost all will agree that human being by it's very nature is bliss. How to bridge the gap between life is bliss or life is suffering. This gap is the Samskara - engraved memories. Work towards removing these samskaras experientially, not intellectually. Almost all one's problem (physical health, mental health, relationship, etc.) are due to samskaras (engrams).

For now, be physically here. Be inside your body. Work on your body is your job. Working on your mind is the Avatar's job. For now, anything you do, be aware of your body. Because most of our samskaras are in the physical body, so work on the body and not mind. Working on ideas will not lead to transformation. First thing to work on is the body. Sit with eyes open and no jotting of notes. Closing eyes will not last more than 30minutes and mind will start to imagine and working with concepts. Just sit and be physically here. Masters teach 90% through body language. You will learn more with the body language.

Firstly, we need to understand the truth. Secondly, we need to understand what is Vitarka.

A mystic is someone who creates the formulae to recreate the experiences of the inner world on everybody. This is why it is important to be present!
