Title: What is Love ? Part 1 Name Of The Convention: Ananda Spurana Session on: Anahata Chakra Date : 03 April 2004 Venue : Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

This video is an excerpt from the Nithyananda Spurana Convention conducted on 03 April 2004. Here, The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam HDH Bhagavan #Nithyananda #Paramashivam conducts an ASP session which is about the Anahata Chakra. HDH asks the ASP delegates to say what they will define "Love" as and what they think and feel about love. Later on, he explains, that if we only feel good when others give us attention, that is attention seeking and means we do not have a proper idea about ourselves and our personality is based on the opinions of others . HDH describes this as to be like our personalities being a castle, which we are building using certificates from others. If the certificates are taken away, the castle will collapse. Focusing all energy on the Anahata Chakra will mean we can radiate love continuously. Love heals both the people involved- the receiver and the giver.
