Say NO to Suffering | Bhagavad Gita By Nithyananda | 25 Sep 2011

Download Full Discourse at https://lifeblissprograms.org/content/bg-day034-2011-09sep-25-say-no-suffering-talk-nithyananda-bhagavad-gita The Bhagavad Gita was imparted by the enlightened Hindu incarnation Sri Krishna to the warrior-prince Arjuna over 5000 years ago. Amazingly, the spiritual wisdom and life solutions offered in the Gita are so universal and current that it is even today used as a personal transformation guide in universities and management schools worldwide. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, Chap 2 Verse 25, Paramahamsa Nithyananda identifies the highlight of Krishna's discussion of Death : "Do not grieve." Paramahamsa points out that in the vast experience of the cosmos, Planet Earth is only a small village. Our sorrows seem huge to us only because we are not seeing them from the perspective of the true Self. We actually choose to suffer or decline suffering. When we act from our living spirit, and comprehend our Immortality, we make the enlightened choice not to suffer. Death Is Just Like a Change of Clothes | Bhagavad Gita by Nithyananda | 23 Sep 2011

Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. The Gita was imparted by the enlightened Hindu incarnation Sri Krishna to the warrior-prince Arjuna over 5000 years ago. Amazingly, the spiritual wisdom and life solutions offered in the Gita are so universal and current that it is even today used as a personal transformation guide in universities and management schools worldwide. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2, Verse 22, Paramahamsa Nithyananda continues to unveil the mystery of Death. Paramahamsa comments that our choices throughout life are based upon avoiding any encounter that might bring Death. We do this because we believe that Death is a traumatic event. With humor, Paramahamsa informs us that when we actually experience the process of Death, our living spirit passes through it so easily and quickly that we wonder why we were so afraid of it. To the Self, which exists in Immortality, one Death -- one change of bodies -- is literally as simple as changing our clothes. Power of Initiation | Bhagavad Gita by Nithyananda | 22 Sep 2011

Download Full Discourse at https://lifeblissprograms.org/content/bg-day031-2011-09sep-22-power-initiation-talk-nithyananda-bhagavad-gita Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. In this talk on Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2, Verse 21, Paramahamsa Nithyananda unfolds another dimension of Immortality. Krishna initiates Arjuna into the most sacred wisdom, by sharing the secret that something that is inherently indestructible cannot be destroyed by any means, no matter how it appears to our eyes. Thus, when Arjuna slays a body in war, the living spirit within is not touched by Death. Nithyananda explains that this initiation into higher knowledge purifies our actions, allowing us to act causelessly, without ambition or attachment to the result. He compares the actions of a person whose heart is filled with Truth to a burned rope. It looks like a rope, but it is actually made only of ash. Like the burnt rope, the actions of such a person can neither bind him, nor be used to bind anything to him. In this talk on Bhagavad Gita (Chapter 2, Verse 20), Paramahamsa Nithyananda points out that all the joy and sorrow of this drama we call Life is nothing but our own playful choice! If we can just remember this, Life can be a beautiful, colorful experience. We can play with love, play with fighting, we can dabble in life casually. But instead, we identify ourselves with this perishable body and identity, experiencing fleeting pleasures and every day facing the terrifying prospect of Death. Forgetting that we are only playing, and that our living spirit continues beyond these passing events into Immortality, we create needless suffering for ourselves. Amazingly, the spiritual wisdom and life solutions offered in the Gita are so universal and current that it is even today used as a personal transformation guide in universities and management schools worldwide. In this talk on Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2 Verse 28, Paramahamsa Nithyananda describes how Sri Krishna uses Arjuna's own logic to change his attitude. Paramahamsa reminds us that when we have an emotional trust in our instructors, we will feel that their teaching have benefit for us. Arjuna's trust in Krishna allows Krishna to deliver the truth of Death, pointing out the inevitable transience of the body. Arjuna is still suffering from his decision to grieve for the lives of his enemies, instead of perceiving that their essence is immortal. Drop Everything but Your Self! | Bhagavad Gita by Nithyananda | 19 Sep 2011

In today's Bhagavad Gita verses, Swamiji elaborates on the imperishable nature of the all-pervading experience. Krishna having elevated Arjuna urges him to fight the war. Arjuna on the hand, wants to enjoy further conversations with Krishna instead of fighting the war. So he indulges in asking redundant questions. Science to Decode Pain and Pleasure | Bhagavad Gita by Nithyananda | 17 Sep 2011

In this talk on Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2, Verses 14 and 15, Paramahamsa Nithyananda reveals the formula for healing from samskaras (engraved mental patterns), as spoken by the enlightened master Krishna to the warrior prince Arjuna. Krishna reminds Arjuna that both pain and pleasure are temporary experiences, and surrendering to them diverts us from the truth of our potential being. This is not to say that we should suppress our body-mind sensations; rather, we need to approach them with a complete understanding of their impermanence. Once we awaken our intelligence and understand the nature of our attachments, they cease to grip us. This inner transformation blesses us with the basis for enlightenment. (talked instead of pain and pleasure but see them as hot and cold -- witness the body -- no unclutching -- just be a witness to what is happening in your body) Paramashivoham: 22-day Ultimate Spiritual Journey with the Avatar HDH Nithyananda Paramashivam Learn more: https://paramashivoham.nithyananda.org

(2012 - Get prepared for the conscious cosmic transition - details at http://www.nithyananda.org/events/2012-get-prepared-conscious-cosmic-transition-global-event) Get Mail alerts of our new videos SUBSCRIBE (Click on Subscribe link above video) Preview "So why are you suffering?" the Bhagavad Gita series of talks (day 21) delivered to a live global audience by Paramahamsa Nithyananda on 12th September, 2011 Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. In this talk on (Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 8) Paramahamsa Nithyananda elaborates on 'Unnecessary Suffering'. The warrior-prince Arjuna's surrender to the enlightened master Krishna is opening the doors to his inner transformation. Breaking free of the grip of his convoluted logic, he rightly realizes that the deep suffering he experiences cannot be healed even if he conquers the entire universe in battle. In truth, all of one's suffering is nothing but the inner struggle to break free of the limitations of body-mind and express one's infinite potential. Attributing one's pain to any other cause is pure delusion, and leads to needless desperation. Awakening to this truth opens one to the 'right' suffering -- the thirst for enlightenment.
