Akashic Readings on Death - Part 30:44:51

Akashic Readings on Death - Part 3

Reading from the Akashic Records, Paramahamsa Nithyananda reveals eternal timeless truths about Kundalini, the dormant energy stored in every living being. Once activated through initiation by an enlightened master, this energy leads to extraordinary experiences and enlightened lifestyle. The landmark date of 2012 heralds the possibility for the awakening of this energy in every human being. Nithyananda answers questions from seekers worldwide on how to nourish the flowering of Kundalini; practices to support it, signs of its occurrence, and how the master's presence enhances it. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Namah Shivaya Namah Shivaya Namah Shivaya Death is guru and god, not oblivion as perceived by body centered individuals. Death is a boiling process. Whenever your engrams, desires, fear, greed, everything is boiled in the high energy, there is a possibility your desires can become reality, your fears can be conquered. You can be free from both desire and fear if you are ready courageous enough to face the process with consciousness. Understand, during the death your desires come in front of you just to make you understand the disillusionment which can be caused by their presence. Fears come in front of you make you understand they cannot frighten you anymore. But if you do not have the awareness to look into them you get deluded by them. Even while they come to reveal the truths about them, it is like mistaking a friend to be a enemy, and before even the friend expresses his friendliness, you thinking he is enemy and dealing him with a different attitude. So when the desires and fears come in front of you during the moment of death, have patience and restful awareness to look into them. They are coming in front of you just to tell you their disillusionment and their ability that they can't frighten you anymore. By not looking at them with a deep restful awareness, those desires are given a wrong extension of life by your unaware unconscious mind. When the desires are given a wrong extension of life, what you experience is heaven. When the fears are given the wrong extension of life, what you experience is hell. With restful awareness when you deal both of them what you experience is liberation. Death can be a great guru to liberate you and god to give you the ultimate. Having restful awareness in every moments of your life during the great attacks of fear and greed while you are in the body is the best way to prepare for the death, and ability to handle your fears and greeds which you may encounter while you leave the body. Moment of the leaving the body is of great importance. That moment will decide the way you are going to continue your further journey. So prepare yourself with restful awareness, continuously being a jeevanmukta, practicing living enlightenment, being established in restful awareness, during all the chaos or the tsunamis of fear and greed attacks in your life. While you are in the body in unconscious way without having awareness, perception on death before dying or during dying can bring tremendous suffering and can bring a big damage to the conscious evolution process which is termed as nivritti in the upanishadic records. So understand moving consciously into the death process liberates you from the fear and greed. Every moment in your life when you go through the fear or greed, the small dimension of death is perceived and experienced by your restless consciousness. Bring restful awareness; you will have complete depth in handling the fear and greed with restful awareness, so it can liberate you. As these truths are apourushya and saarvabhoumya, not dependent on any individual, including the body through which it is read out, and saarvabhoumya - universal, anybody who internalizes this truth, aligns their conscious process of cognizance based on these truths, will be liberated and will celebrate their very existence by the grace of the Kalabhairava Mahaakaala, the Cosmos itself. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS The first question today is from Ma Nithya Priyatmananda, who is asking, 'Dear Kalabhairava, what are the steps of the death meditation that we need to do every night? Kindly explain.' Every fear you accumulate, every fear makes you feel agitated, every fear which you do not want to think, remember, go through, go into all those fears consciously, neither deciding to save yourself from that fear nor having greed to achieve what you are afraid of. So without having the greed or fear, enter into the fear. Naturally the fear will lose its quality of fear when you do not carry fear or greed for the fear. Greed has its quality of greed because your greed for greed and fear about the greed. Same way the fear has the quality of fear because your fear for the fear and indirect greed towards the fear. So when your fears are approached with fearlessness and greedlessness, the straightening out of your consciousness everyday happens.......

AKASHIC READINGS - DEATH (PART 2)0:40:22

AKASHIC READINGS - DEATH (PART 2)

In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) reads the Akashic Records o the subject of Death. Death is evolution. When we have many deaths of the mind within the same body, we evolve into enlightenment. When we have many bodily deaths with the same mind, we are moving backward on the evolutionary scale, and falling into endarkenment. Death is our doorway to liberation. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Death is not end or extinction, extinction of existence. It is just climate change on your body and mind. Whenever many deaths of mind happens in same body, it is spiritual evolution. If many bodies die in the same mind, it is unconsciousness, spiritual endarkenment. If more minds die in same body you are spiritually growing, evolving. If more bodies die in same mind you are spiritually going down, destroying yourself. Again and again and again bodies die, minds die. Blessed are those in whom many minds die in one body. Continuously allow minds to be dying. Let your mind, even if you think in a best space, allow it to die, allow it for transformation. Allowing the mind to die every time in the same body leads you to the highest liberation and celebration. The concept of money, possession, ownership, is the side effect of inability to accept the death of the body. The feeling of 'your son is your extension' is also the inability to accept the extinction of body. When you are ready to accept the extinction of the body, the part of you which does not die goes through a powerful transformation, and liberates itself from the dying component of you, which is the body. Through this way it achieves a space where there is no extinction where there is no death. Death is the most powerful mechanism, either to get enlightened or to get yourself drowned in deeper and deeper unconsciousness. Every day when you fall asleep it is equivalent to death, when you wake up it is equivalent to birth. From the deep sleep if you come to the dreaming state it is unconscious birth. From the deep sleep if you come directly to the waking state it is conscious birth. Every day you go through birth and death. How you behave with this birth and death which is happening everyday is going to decide how you are going to behave with the birth and death which is going to happen with your body, because everyday birth and death is nothing but the direct glimpse of the long big birth and big death, which is only has a difference in time, but not in space or the place. Your everyday birth and death and every-life birth and death happens in same space and place. Only time difference between one birth and the other birth, the time difference between birth-death of one and the birth-death of the other is different. There are some files which is not able to completely be revealed just by verbalization. Even after reading, verbalization, still those files remain having some material without being completely revealed. Those stuff, those material, can be transmitted only by initiation. Because those akashic records cannot get into the realm of verbalization, they are not able to be translated into words. They just continue to remain as vibrations. When your mind dies in the same body and becomes a new mind, cosmos enters into you. When your body dies in the same mind, takes a new body, you enter into the cosmos. When cosmos enters you it is liberation, when you enter into the cosmos it is death. The part feels as part, the moment it wants to be part; part only should be blamed not the Whole, because part only continues to hold on to the thought to be part. Whole is not holding on to the thought. Even though the thought might have happened on the Whole also, only when you hold on to the thought you remain as part. So the feeling of separation, who created, why created, is not the really focus of your vengeance or action. Your focus should be on who is holding on to that feeling of separation, not who created, why it got created. Who holds on to it, gives life to it. The feeling of separation, because the part only is holding on to it, it is giving life to it. So your action and intensity to act upon should be directed to the center who is holding on to that feeling that you are separate from the Whole, you are part not the Whole. Questions and Answers The first question is from Janani. She is asking, 'Dear Swamiji, if one has taken an unconscious birth, how can he take a conscious death?' That is what is life. Life gives you the possibility to move from Unconsciousness to Consciousness and Consciousness to Superconsciousness. If you take unconscious birth you can move to conscious death. If you have taken conscious birth you can move towards superconscious death which is enlightenment itself, and even if you take unconscious birth you can directly jump into superconscious death also, and same way even if you have taken conscious birth you can get back to Unconscious death if you decide strongly.

Akashic Readings on renunciation - part 10:18:48

Akashic Readings on renunciation - part 1

TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON OCTOBER 11, 2012 AT TIRUVANNAMALAI ASHRAM, INDIA In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) reads the Akashic Records on the subject of renunciation. The Records tell us that renunciation is the natural process whereby human beings renew themselves. When attachment takes place it creates an artificial identity: the individual becomes identified with the source of attachment. Shedding this external identity clears the way to enlightenment. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Renunciation is nothing but the ability to rejuvenate yourself continuously by dropping the different identities you create for certain purpose, but unfortunately associate yourself with it, feel one with it. Renunciation is of different levels; renouncing the external wealth which you decide to possess and identify yourself with it, renouncing the name and fame with which you identify yourself and possess and feel as one with, renouncing people with which you identify yourself, possess and feel one with, renouncing the identities which you possess and identify yourself and feel one with. Among these renunciations, renouncing the identity is the ultimate renunciation. Renunciation is the most intelligent thing a living being can do because renunciation continuously rejuvenates and creates a possibility for higher expressions in your being. When the highest expression happens, you cross the border of renunciation and renunciation itself becomes your very being. When your very core becomes renunciation, the constant purification, a continuous intelligence shining becomes your life. Constantly renouncing thoughts is unclutching, living renunciation as a lifestyle is living enlightenment. Ajapa japa is a powerful way of renouncing the words and thoughts continuously happening in you. Feeling connection is a powerful method to renounce all the emotions which are not necessary happening in you. Unclutching is the ultimate renunciation, renouncing all the identities which are unnecessary happening in you. Renunciation is the ultimate purification process to live enlightenment. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS The first question on renunciation we have is from Ravi from Vancouver, Canada: 'Dear Swamiji, why should one become neutral to physical needs?' The why do not does not have answer. When the spiritual evolution happens, when spiritual powers are unfolding through your body, becoming neutral to physical needs just happens. As a flow of life this expresses naturally in you. He is also asking, 'Isn't the very creation of male and female and the senses also the gift of Existence? Existence provides everything including poisons. It is up to you to use what you want and live the way you want based on the goal you want to reach and the purpose you feel as your life's mission. 'While savoring the gift of Existence, can't we achieve the same highest coherence that we can achieve through renunciation?' Whether you savor or renounce, in the end, only when the identities are renounced highest is achieved. Even what you call as savoring, in the end only when you are able to renounce the identity, the base, ultimate is achieved. Whatever you understand as savoring will not lead you to the ultimate and whatever you understand as savoring will not lead you to achieve the ultimate truth. Whether you live with it or leave it, identity needs to be dropped. Only when you renounce the identity ultimate is achieved. If you can renounce the identities, even if those things are around you, you will achieve the ultimate. If you can't renounce the identity, even if you physically move away from those things you may not be able to achieve the ultimate. Finally everything boils down to renouncing the identities. 'The next question is from Sri Nithya Gnanaprabhananda: 'What is the true meaning of renunciation in the path of sannyas?' Renouncing all the outer world objects, which you feel as your possession become one with it out of your delusion, renouncing all the people, renouncing all the places, renouncing all the pleasures, renouncing all the thoughts, renouncing all the identities; renunciation in its complete pure form is sannyas. The sannyas, even the training of the sannyas done by an incarnation constantly reminds you into the renunciation and puts you in renunciation. The next question is from Joyce: 'How are freedom and renunciation related?' Renunciation is freedom, freedom means renunciation. The next question is from Estelle Reiter from France: 'Dear Mahadeva and Kalabhairava, dear Master, I listen to many of Swamiji's videos and I realize that I have a deep misunderstanding about renunciation and so many questions are coming up. How do I know whether my bio-memory is ready for renunciation?' All bio-memories by nature programmed for renunciation. It is your mind which goes against the renunciation, creates more and more troubles and identities, misconceptions.

Akashic Readings on Death - part 40:20:26

Akashic Readings on Death - part 4

TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON _OCTOBER 1, 2012_AT BIDADI ASHRAM, INDIA In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) reads the Akashic Records on the subject of death. When people confuse their wealth, name and fame, physical body, or any other material acquisition, with their true Self, they live a life of delusion. Death is the great liberator from this existential trap. Until human beings understand that their possessions are not part of their identity, they will continue to require the death experience to remind them of this great truth. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Illusioned, expanded, identity possession is life. Life in a deluded way possesses and the possession itself is felt as its own identity because of illusion. When life feels it possesses the body and lands up in a delusion it is the body, it is life. When it feels it possesses wealth and wealth is part of its identity, it is deluded life. Same way when it feels name and fame, rewards and awards it possesses, and the possession itself becomes part of its identity, it is deluded life. Life goes on getting deluded with so many things, with the concept of possession, and in the deeper delusion the possession itself becomes part of its identity. Death comes as a great celebration and liberation as deluded unnecessary illusion and illusory identities. It's a great relief whenever part of you, what you think as you, is taken away from you. The truth - which was, it was never, it were never part of you is reminded to you. Understand when money is taken away from you, when you feel the pain that some part of your identity is dying, it is a lesson to you it was never part of you. It was your possession which has deluded and given you the illusory identity it was part of you. When the name and fame is taken away from you, you are reminded to the truth it was never part of you. It was your possession, but due to delusion you identified that as part of your very identity. Same way, when you are reminded the body on which your multiple identities continue to grow, the brain on which the perception of your multiple identities are experienced by you; when that is taken away from you, the very ground on which your multiple possessions and the possibility of that possessions giving that delusive feeling you are part of those possessions and those possessions are your identity, is taken away from you. A being should constantly remind itself not to identify with any possession. Not having possessions and not identifying with the possessions is the path of renunciation. Even having the possessions but having the clarity the possessions are not part of your identity is path of grihastha. Whether you take up the path of grihastha through the responsibility and having the wealth and everything or the path of renunciation without having possessions itself, the important truth you need to remember is not letting anything become part of your illusory deluded identity. Whether you have possessions or not does not matter; that should not become part of your identity which is already deluded. When the source gets deluded by identifying itself by the, on the body, body itself is your possession. But, when you identify the possession of your body as your identity, the delusion of the identity begins. When the delusion of identity starts it leads to multiple identities, like identifying yourself with your wealth, with your name and fame, with all other possessions. Death is a reminder, a powerful guru to make your being understand all this was never part of you; these were never part of your illusory or deluded understanding. So relax from the illusion of identifying your possessions as your identity. Possessions are possessions. They are not your identity. Identity should be experienced beyond anything you possess. Possessed does not comprise or compete or fulfill or lead the experience of the true identity. Sometimes your own possessions try to compete your identity. The possessions competing your original identity is disease. When your body competes with your original identity, the competition is disease; when your mind competes with your original identity that is depression. When your possessions competes with your original identity - the possessions themself do not have independent life but the life received from the source identity - your possessions start competing with a source identity. That competition is perversion. So death clearly neatly irons out your inner space. It makes you understand many things which were never part of your identity but you assumed as part of your identity because of your experiencing possession of those things. Anything which does not say no to you continuously, you feels, you feel as possession. Unfortunately because they do not have any will to say no to you, your will possesses it. When your will possesses something it gets into the delusion that is part of you....

Unclutch® From Depression | Nithyananda Satsang | 23 Sep 2012

TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON SEPTEMBER 23, 2012 AT TIRUVANNAMALAI ASHRAM, INDIA Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. The Gita was imparted by the enlightened Hindu incarnation Sri Krishna to the warrior-prince Arjuna over 5000 years ago. Amazingly, the spiritual wisdom and life solutions offered in the Gita are so universal and current that even today it is used as a personal transformation guide. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, chapter 6, verse 23, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) counsels us never to abandon our sadhana, our spiritual practice. Without continuous unclutching from suffering in life, even our feeling connection with the master can be broken. We become attached to our negative thoughts and memories and our devotion can be lost. Never-ending sadhana is the sacred secret for our salvation. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Bhagavad Gita Chapter 6, verse 23 23 September 2012 Successfully hundreds of participants have completed Nirahara samyama level 2, 4th batch today. Understand, this instruction is only for ashramites and THE Samyama participants. All the ashramites and THE Samyama participants, please understand, eat when you feel like. Do not have a law, not to eat or to have regular diet pattern. No.. do not have both. Don't have the habit that I will eat in time regularly 2 meal or 3 meal a day. No.. same way, don't have a law, I will not eat at all. The real samyama happens when you don't even have the vow of samyama and feel like not eating at all and move with the flow. I tell you, I don't feel like eating at all. Only when I see the body becomes too hot and needs something I pour some juice. So you don't even need to restrict yourself only to juice. You can even eat solid food whenever you feel like. But make sure neither the visualization of the food or the smell of the food or your mind interferes in the samyama and ask you to eat. Only like casually, "Alright! Ah, today some temple prasad has come. Come on, let me put it in my mouth." Try to learn to live like a God. Gods do not have vow not to eat. They just do not feel like. So live like a Gods on the planet earth. I think now, especially THE Samyama participants have been really trained. So, now from today all the ashramites who are doing Nirahara samyama and THE Samyama, all the THE samyama participants, all of you will end the vow, you will not have this vow anymore. Feel like, have it. Don't feel like, leave it. So the samyama out of freedom. Samyama out of joy not out of vow. I tell you, then body just jumps into a new kind of wellness. It jumps into a new kind of that feeling well. So today onwards you will do something called unique FREE Samyama. The Samyama without the vow. So, from today you will have samyama without vow. Today I have something unique from our Siddha products release, officially Dhyanapeetam's Kadukkai podi and Kadukkai tablets. It is a sarvaroha nivarani. I am very happy to release these two. This is the only thing which I take regularly. I think I don't need to introduce about kadukkai podi anymore. All of you know the power of it. It increases the oxygen flow in the blood 300% and we call it in Sanskrit Haritaki and the exact meaning of the word Haritaki means 'the drop of the nectar fell from Indra's cup and that drop is Haritaki'. I can say it is 100% true. It is nectar. It is nectar. I tell you guys this is the most powerful spiritual cleanser. I wanted to give you the title. Not just body cleanser. Because the oxygen level in the body increases 300%, it directly works on your non-mechanical parts of the brain. When the non-mechanical parts of the brain gets awakened, then all the spiritual truths are understood you will be able to grasp all the spiritual truths and live. So, not only that from now, in all akashik reading sessions, Kalabhairava dharshans, haritaki will be given as a prasadam. Haritaki is the Kalabhairava's prasada. Kalabhairava should be offered Haritaki and this should be shared as a prasadam of Kalabhairava among the devotees. And all our devotees, every month on Chitra nakshatram and Ashtami should do, Ashtami is the thithi for Kalabhairava and the thithi in which Swamiji was born. We should have Kalabhairava pooja, Kalabhairava's worship and should have Haritaki as prasadam, share with everybody. I am doing some more research, is there a food item, cooked adding Haritaki, if that is there we will make that as a compulsory in our Anna Mandir. Nothing. Nothing like Haritaki. That is the really nectar from Devaloka. Let's start today morning satsang. In Bhagavad Gita, 6th chapter Dhyana Yoga, 23rd verse. tam vidyaad duhkha-samyoga viyogam yoga-samgnyitam | sa nishcayena yoktavyaha yogo nirvinna chetasaa || The translation : Understand that separation from being absorbed with suffering is termed as 'feeling connection'. And this has to be practised with conviction, with an insight that does not pull you down.

The Secret of Natural Enlightenment | Nithyananda Satsang | 22 Sept 2012

TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON SEPTEMBER 22, 2012 AT TIRUVANNAMALAI ASHRAM, INDIA Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, chapter 6, verse 22, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) describes the ultimate state of enlightened lifestyle. When we are completely unclutched in our inner space, and still able to function smoothly in ordinary life, we embody the state of sahaja samadhi, which is the perpetual state of all enlightened masters. Once our kundalini is awakened, we achieve the highest level of consciousness and our spirit naturally flows toward this ultimate destination of sahaja samadhi. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Bhagavad Gita Chapter 6, Dhyana Yoga, Verse 22 yam labdhvaa chaaparam laabham manyate naadhikam tataha | yasmin-sthito na duhkhena gurunaapi vicaalyate || Translation: Having obtained which one does not esteem any other acquisition as something more and being established in which one is not shaken by even the most grievous suffering. Bhagawan is describing one of the greatest state of advaida experience. Please understand, there are various states, various stages of Samadhi -- Sabija, Nirbija, Savikalpa, Nirvikalpa, Bhava Samadhi. There are various stages of Samadhi. Bhagawan is describing the ultimate Sahaja Samadhi. If you can move your body and mind and relate with the ordinary world as they understand life but completely being established in your nirvikalpa Samadhi, it is called sahaja Samadhi. Please understand, being established in the nirvikalpa Samadhi in your inner space, completely unclutched in the inner space, with that if you are able to move your body and mind in a so-called society's normalcy, that is sahaja samadhi. The most powerful, the ultimate spiritual state, even Gods need to do tapas to achieve this state. Even Gods who achieved their states by the various practices need to do unique special tapas to achieve this state. yam labdhvaa chaaparam laabham manyate naadhikam tataha | yasmin-sthito na duhkhena gurunaapi vicaalyate || Having obtained which state one does not esteem any other acquisition as something more and being established in which state one is not shaken by even the most grievous suffering is Sahaja Samadhi. We call it Sahaja Sthithi. The state where the space where thoughts are not required for the smooth functioning of your body and even mind. Mind can function without thoughts. Please understand, even though usually the mind is bunch of thoughts it can function without thoughts. You may ask, "How can mind which is bunch of thoughts can function without thoughts." Just by the presence of the super consciousness, without any agitation or the after effects and side effects which will be usually created by thoughts, mind can function, mind can flow. Unless the mind functions you wont even be able to stand, sit and walk. It functions without any thoughts. No thought. No movement. That is why I always tell people; I am not existing as you think of me. Same way, after I leave the body I am not going to be absent as you think of the absence. Understand, an enlightened master, a person who is established in sahaja samadhi, he will not be present as you understand presence, he will not be absent as you understand absence. Krishna says very beautifully, whoever understands the way I function, will be liberated. Understand he says, if you understand how I am functioning you will be liberated. How funny it is! You may think, "Ah! How will I be liberated if I know how Krishna is functioning". You will understand your mind is also functioning in the same way and just your ignorance creates complication. You will just unclutch that very moment. "Wow! This is what! Then why was I connecting all the thoughts unnecessarily and creating constant suffering for me. I wasted my time creating constant suffering for myself." When you create constant suffering for you, even the good thing you want to do to others will become suffering for them and you will cry, "Oh! Even if I do good things people take it bad." They are not taking it bad; you are doing it as bad even though you plan good. But when you stop torturing yourself, when you stop giving suffering to you, even if you do something what you think or you may feel as bad, will end up as good. When an enlightened master uses his trishool even then He only heals. When an ordinary man even if he gives gift he only destroys others. In Calcutta, when I was staying, I saw, I was staying in the banks of the Ganges; two neighbours, every day morning there will be a fight. They will scream in that village Bengali. Scream means really scream.

Upanishad Samyama - Technique for Self-Discovery | Nithyananda Satsang | 09 Sep 2012

Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. The TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON SEPTEMGER 9, 2012 IN KODAIKANAL, INDIA Gita was imparted by the enlightened Hindu incarnation Sri Krishna to the warrior-prince Arjuna over 5000 years ago. Amazingly, the spiritual wisdom and life solutions offered in the Gita are so universal and current that even today it is used as a personal transformation guide. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, chapter 6, verse 10, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) speaks on Upanishad. This beautiful practice of sitting with the Master is the cornerstone of Vedic spirituality. NIthyananda gives a meditation technique to experience its essence. When we sit to meditate, our thoughts are often cluttered with distractions. Nithyananda advises us to sit with intentional focus on our distractions so that we purify them. On the first day we sit with our worries; on the second we eat until we are completely full, and then sleep deeply. By the third day we've exhausted our interferences and can begin to drop into the sweet silence of Upanishad. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Bhagavad Gita -- 6th Chapter -- Verse 10: Dhyana Yoga Yogi Yunjeeta satatam aatmaanam rahasi sthitaha Ekaaki yata -- citaatmaa niraasheera -- parigrahaha The Jeevan Mukta having subdued his thoughts and identity being free from desires with an attitude of renunciation seated within oneself in aloneness should continuously connect with the higher consciousness by unclutching. I will continue on the same verse. Yogi Yunjeeta satatam: Subdued his thoughts and identity atmaanam rahasi sthitaha: with an attitude of renunciation Please understand. Seated within oneself in aloneness; atmaanam rahasisthitaha: Sitting just with atma. The pure self. Just within yourself. I feel so joyful to talk on these verses because these verses are the exact path I walked. Understand it is like a once you become enlightened you know all the paths. You can teach all the paths. All the knowledge about all the paths are revealed to you, available to you. But you always have a special affiliation to the path in which you travelled. I am so happy to teach these verses, because these are the verses, I will sit and read may be 12 or 13 even after my enlightenment. Because the enlightenment happened in me as an experience. I myself wanted to know what all the steps I walked through to achieve that experience. So, like an explosion it has happened. So now I needed to know without my knowledge what all the steps I walked through. I never read this verse atmaanam rahasisthitaha means seated within oneself in aloneness. But I always used to practice this. I always sit with Arunachala with the hill. This is the usual posture. Not for 10 minutes, half-an-hour. Please don't mistake. From sunrise to sunset. Without feeling like getting up. Not that I will have a thought. Oh let me get up and then I will try to control myself. No. Just sitting and gazing. The greatest blessing I received from my mind and my body is only initial convincing I need to do. That's all. After that never ever it disturbs. This Nirahara Samyama. Very casual like a sports . Very sportively I started. Only 1st day I need to convince. By the time evening kala Bairava Dharshan, the body was ready. From 2nd day, I don't even remember about food. Over. It is the best body and mind to live with. Please understand. You also need to understand this truth. Now so many of you are doing Nirahara Samyama. Means the living, hunger free. So many of you, hundreds of you are doing "The Samyama". If you don't even feel after tomorrow noon "I am going to eat solid food", if you don't even feel, I tell you, your bio-memory is the best bio-memory to live with. If you feel, but you also feel, "Ah, I may feel but I am not going to eat. I am going to live", then your bio-memory is friend for you. But if you feel "No, no, these are all not for me. I think I have already done too much. This 21 day itself is too much. Ah. It's Ok, Ok", then your bio-memory is your enemy. See, actually you feeling "this 21 days is too much for me" all these is just your own decision about yourself. Stop this your own decision about yourself. Allow my decision about yourself as your life. I also wanted to announce one more thing. The "The Samyamites" all of them have contributed Rs.89000 for the Sivakasi relief work to all the people who are affected. Along with this Rs.89,000 , I will give one more Lakh rupee and send it as Two Lakh rupee in your name, apart from the 50 Lakhs I am sending from Dhyanapeetam. So it will go as 52 Lakh. Not only that as a Swarnakarshana Bairava, I bless you guys whoever has contributed even 1 rupee, even 1 penny to this project, I bless you guys, you guys will never have fire accident in your life. You will be protected from fire and as Swarnakarshana Bairava, I bless you guys,

Identity is Confused Reality! | Nithyananda Satsang | 08 Sep 2012

TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2012, IN KODAIKANAL, INDIA Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, chapter 6, verse 10, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) shares the sacred secret of how to live an enlightened life. When we are attached to our identity, we judge the world through the lens of our beliefs and prejudices. We create imaginary wars with people around us, thinking we know how they feel about us. Nithyananda gives us a technique to shed these fantasy relationships. Approach someone we think of as an enemy and sit quietly with them, asking them to share their honest feelings about us. Repeat this with someone we think of as a friend. We will learn the spiritual skill of impartiality: of treating both friends and enemies with equal respect and compassion. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 6: Dhyana Yoga, 10th Verse Sept 8, 2012 Yogee yunjeeta satatam aatmaanam rahasisthitah l Ekaakee yatachittaatmaa niraasheeraparigrahah ll The one who feels the same towards an affectionate person, a friend, an enemy, the indifferent, the neutral, the hateful one, the unfriendly, the noble one or a sinner! Yogee yunjeeta satatam aatmaanam rahasisthitah l Ekaakee yatachittaatmaa niraasheeraparigrahah ll The translation: The contemplative sage, saint having subdued his thoughts and character, his identity being free from desires with an attitude of renunciation, seated within oneself in aloneness, should continuously connect with the higher consciousness by unclutching. The Jeevan Mukta having subdued his thoughts and character, identity, being free from desires with an attitude of renunciation, seated within oneself in aloneness, should continuously connect with the higher consciousness by unclutching. Now Bhagavan actually enters into the straight technique of unclutching. Yogee yunjeeta satatam aatmaanam rahasisthitah - Having subdued his thoughts and identity being free from desires! I tell you, subduing identity, subduing thoughts anybody can do. It is not a big thing, I tell you. Thoughts can be reduced very easily with any simple technique. I know one sadhu. I have seen him day-in and day-out in Rishikesh. Whole day the only work he will do is wash his Kamandalu, the water pot. It will be just shining. But you know the most funny thing? He has less thoughts, very less thoughts. His only focus is that his Kamandalu should not become dirty. His water pot should not be dirty. That's where everything stops. Any simple technique, even technique like washing your water pot can bring your thoughts down. That's not a big thing! Subduing the identity means thoughts are food, identity is person who eats. Who eats should be subdued not just the food. The identity grows, expands with thought. Reducing thoughts is not a big thing. Actually, without touching the identity, reducing the thoughts is very easy. I have seen a yogi standing on his one leg for more than 12 years, in Kumbhamela during my Parivrajaka time. He really had a very reduced thought state. But unfortunately the attention people give because of his Tapas has made his identity swollen like his leg, one leg, on which he was standing. One leg on which he was standing was swollen, same way because the attention he enjoys from people, his identity was swollen. It is very easy to have less number of thoughts, if your identity is getting more and more boosting. If the identity is not touched, it is very easy to have less number of thoughts. When the identity is touched, almost like a honey comb, how if the honey comb is touched, the bees come out, like that thoughts come out. I have seen many of my ashramites. They will really be having very less thoughts, calm, composed. Just poke at their identity once. People whom they don't like or there is a hatred, just one word from that person like a honey comb -- Buzzzzz! All the thoughts will come up. The whole puss will come out. If your identity is not touched, having less number of thoughts is not a big thing. Once Kuppammal, my Mentor and Guru, she was really worthy of that word - Vibhuthanandapuri. She told me "You need to learn to drop the identity". 15 year old boy, what will I understand? I said "You tell me what I should do, I will do". She gave me a begging bowl and told me "Go around and beg all over the city and come back". My grandfather, he is a big guy in that village. So, till death he was the head of the rice merchants' association. See, rice is the biggest business in that area. For 3 states that one city supplies rice.

UNCLUTCHING® - The Ultimate Technique (Tamil)

Master Heat And Cold | Nithyananda Satsang | 04 Sep 2012

TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON SEPTEMBER 4 2012 IN KODAIKANAL, INDIA Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, chapter 6, verse 7, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) gives us a deep technique for establishing our supremacy of self. Whether we are disturbed by external situations or internal emotions, they can only distract us if we agree to be distracted. When we sit in meditation with awareness and examine the source of the disturbance: how it feels, how it affects us, what is actually happening in our attention, we separate our spiritual consciousness from the experience and it no longer influences us. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- I welcome you all with my love and blessings. Today, Nirahar Samyama third level is starting. First day! I am also going to do Nirahar Samyama with you guys. I am continuing all my activities and routine. So this batch of Nirahar Samyama, 3rd level, next 11 days I will also be part of you guys. So 'The Samyama', 15th day successfully! In Bhagavad Gita, 6th chapter - Dhyana Yoga, 7th verse: Jitatmana prashantasya, paramatma samahitaha l Sheetoshna sukh dukheshu, tatha mana apamanayoho ll Translation: The one who has conquered the self, who has attained tranquility, the supreme is already reached, such a person remains in this state in happiness or distress, heat or cold, honor or dishonor. I will give you the new translation also: The one who has subdued his self, self made of patterns and is firmly established in the supreme state, remains centered whether in cold or warm atmosphere, whether he is pleasant or unpleasant situation whether he receives respect or is dishonored. Understand Bhagavan is giving powerful technique. He is using beautiful word, sheetoshna samdukheshu, sheeta, ushna -warm or cold, attacks you from outside skin. Sukha, dukkha atttacks you from inside the skin. Understand when you are feeling warm or cold, just sit and see what is happening outside your skin all over the body. Without branding, just see what is going on, how I feel. Don't name it as a cold or warm; pain or suffering. Just look. Something is going on; let me see what happens; how that feeling touches my skin ; after that how the skin is processing that information; and how I am getting agitated or irritated for no reason; how I am responding to it; why should I get agitated or irritated? Let's see how that nature responds to it. Sit with deep patience. All you guys are now in Kodaikanal. You don't need to go in search of a place. Sit today in the cold and see what happens in your skin. In one day, you will master cold. Cold will not affect you anymore. Same way heat, do Pancha Tapas, make a fire circle. It is very easy. Your height should be the diameter of the circle. That is the law. Make the fire circle. You will slowly start feeling the heat and it will increase within half an hour. Then just see what is going on in your skin. In two days you will master. Wow, both will not be painful. Then come to the next level of experiment. When you are feeling unpleasant just see. Unpleasantness is nothing but cold or warm which is working from inside the skin. If you look near the chest area it starts from inside the skin, the skin is being attacked. Warm and cold, heat and cold attacks you from outside the skin, unpleasantness and pleasantness attacks you from inside the skin. Sit with that. You don't need to find the situation. Already you have enough unpleasantness! Just sit with that unpleasantness. How it is attacking you from inside skin? What exactly you are feeling without looking, just see. In two days you will realize there is no such thing as unpleasantness other than your own decision to be in unpleasantness. Same way pleasantness, when you are in joy, happy, just sit and watch, what is this, what is this pleasantness, why it feels so expanded inside? Feel from your skin, inside the skin. You will master that state also. So pleasant or unpleasant attacks you from inside the skin; heat or cold attacks you from outside skin. But both heat or cold; pleasantness or unpleasantness; all 4 has no life independently from your will. Understanding this is being centered on the Supreme state. Please understand, your will gets contaminated when it connects itself with these 4. Fortunately these 4 have no independent existence if your will does not support it. Man who has realized it by experimenting with it is established in Supreme state. He is called Paramatma Samahita - equivalent to the Supreme consciousness. Such a simple, straightforward thing, I tell you! Just try today.

Inner Awakening Sharings - Greatest opportunity !

So far the experience has been ultimate the innerawa.. i realized that uncluthing is my true state. i dont have to do anything for it. more than all these states i have experienced, what i really experiened with swami in close quarters is swami teached me how to eat like a mother and he gave reason why i need to eat with hands like father. thta is the experiece i would be aking away the best experience i would be taking away from ia. ghe greatest opportuiny that anyone could get from these 21 days is you get to be in close quarters with swamiji. you get to eat with him , you get to talk with him, you get to ask most intimate questions and get the solutions what you need. that is something which i was not expecting apart from meditation, able to do meditation, unclutching, these are all the expectations. But Being able to be with swami from such close quarters is something that i didnt expect. that is something that i didnt expect. and that is the best thing that anyone can have.. so thats what should be my takeaway from the entire innerawakening program. Inner Awakening Sharings -- Experienced Unclutching®0:02:01

Inner Awakening Sharings -- Experienced Unclutching®

Nithyanandam ! My name is Stephie. I am from Vancouver, Canada. I am a full time human resource manager at an international bank. In addition I also manage my own real estate business. I chose to come to Inner Awakening just to be in the breathing space of the master for 21 days. The venue, the place did not matter to me. All that mattered was the space. I am glad I made that decision. Because the program is designed in such a beautiful way, every day was just revealing a new dimension of me. I didn't realize while I was having fun and enjoying the program. And all the exercises that we did together along with the yoga, I was actually transforming slowly and steadily within. And each day was bringing out a new revelation to me. One of the things that I would like to point out was the unclutching, which I experienced in a very strong way. Before I came to Inner Awakening, unclutching was just a term to me. Everytime I did something and was attached to the results of my action I would hear Swamiji's voice telling me unclutch. I would try to and in some cases I did and in some I didn't . And when I didn't I would say well, Swamiji if I unclutch here I am not going to do anything and no one else is going to do. So that question always came up in my mind. After coming to Inner Awakening even that question has disappeared. There is no thought and one thing that I realize is that unclutching is no longer a thought. It's no longer an action. Its just a beautiful space to be within. You just work out of that space and everything just unfolds to you. The whole world is at your fingertips. You can just tap anything that you want out of this universe. Just with that power of unclutching. And that is something that I really gained out of Inner Awakening. My advice to anybody who is even contemplating to coming to Inner Awakening or even planning a vacation. Believe me! Trust me! Come to Inner Awakening. It is a vacation which will not end when your flight touches your city airport but will continue not for a lifetime but for lifetimes. Nithyanandam! Performance means being Total | Nithyananda Satsang | 22 Jul 2012

TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON JULY 22 2012 IN MADURAI, INDIA In today's morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) replies to a question on Bhagavad Gita. The verse in question advises intense action without clinging to reward. The questioner wants to understand how to apply this verse to his life. Paramahamsa responds that the common factor for all our actions should be the totality of our commitment. Whether business, relationship or public service, when we give complete attention to each task, we perform for the sake of the task and not for the sake of the outcome. That is the correct application of this verse. TRANSCRIPTIONS:- I welcome you all with my love and respects. Today the graduation day of July Inner Awakening. I am looking back, we completed 11 Inner Awakenings successfully. This is the 11th one and first time out of Bidadi. Despite of all the harassments, despite of all the harassments, problems, successfully we have completed the 11th Inner Awakening. Very smoothly, successfully and strongly spiritually successfully and such an intense work on every person / individual. This Inner Awakening shows the power of spiritual strength. Actually I was working on developing and further sharpening and making the Inner Awakening a strong experience to the core. We are very successfully this time, adding more and more stronger, deeper truths. More homas, pujas, everything we have increased. The number of pujas, the number of the rituals, and the number of meditations, number of process, number of akashic readings, everything only got added in this IA and every participant had their question answered at least one question in akashic reading. Great! Really wonderful! I can't believe 11 Inner Awakenings are over. Feels like just the other day I started the first Inner Awakening very casually. Everything we start very casually only becomes too big in our sangha. Very casually I started this morning satsang. Very causally. When I said, I will start everyday morning satsang I will come regularly. Not a single fellow in my ashram believed. They believed even when I said I am enlightened. But they cannot believe that I will wake up every morning regularly and come in a time, because if you see before I started this satsang, my life style, routine and me don't get along well. Routine..no.. especially early morning sleep and if there is no program I will slowly get out of the bed, 10 o'clock only. I will wake up; I won't sleep; I will wake up by 4o'clock; after 4 I won't sleep. But I will just sit; just sit stretching the leg, I will not read; I will not see TV, nothing, no activity, just I will sit in Samadhi gazing at the wall. Nothing. Then slowly by 10 o'clock I will come out and walk upto the temple, do namaskar, then take bath, 1 o'clock I will eat, it was a chaos. There was no routine. But this morning satsang, when I announced nobody was ready to believe.. eh! Swamiji, following a routine, especially early morning coming out.. ? forget about it; it is all just 2 days, because they are also supposed to come. That is the way they were consoling themselves. It will all be over in 2 days, don't worry. The seniors were consoling the juniors, and juniors were consoling the seniors, they both were consoling each other. They never expected finally they will.. it will become our life style. Now, even devotees, whatever country/city they may be... if they don't attend the satsang, something is missing. No, I can see.. either they are in BIdadi, or they are in Kodaikanal, they are in Seattle, they are in St.Louis, they are in San Jose.. but they are in front of my camera. I see them only in different screen, that's all. The first question today is from Anand Singh, IA No.8 who is saying.. Dear Swamiji, in Bhagavad Gita chapter 5 verse 11 and Chapter 5 verse 12, the sacred secret is -- 'Constantly perform responsible intense action with no clinging to the reward of performance.' My question is -- I typically prioritise my business tasks by revenue; the higher the revenue, the higher the priority of the task. Is this verse 11 and 12 of chapter 5 applicable in the planning, execution, or both phases. Please clarify. Thank you, Swamiji. Please understand, you doing the business tasks by the revenue, higher the revenue, higher the priority is perfect. Nothing wrong. But when you start calculating your whole life just based on the money or the revenue, that is where something is seriously wrong. At some points you may have to perform many actions which does not bring direct revenue but which brings fulfillment. For example, all the actions in your relationship, family; you may have to get a toy and give it to your child, you may have to give a smile to your spouse, you may have to give a hug to your friend, don't lose those dimensions. Unfortunately if you put everything in the revenue sheet; toy is not a revenue, it is only an expense, a smile is not going to give you revenue,
