Yoga Nidra - Meditation Technique To Fall Into Deep Sleep State With Awareness
Sleep can lead you to joy or suffering. Almost one-third of our life, we spent sleeping. So if we understand the right technique for sleeping, one-third of our life can be spent in Samadhi. In this video, we will learn a technique to convert sleep into samadhi. This will rejuvenate your whole body, when you wake up your whole life will be different. Your day can be filled with creativity, joy and bliss if you have a good deep sleep. Watch this video to learn this simple yet powerful technique. Meditation Technique: 1. Before sleeping, sit on your bed. Switch off all the lights and be in a relaxed way on your bed. 2. Create "Hoooo" (hooo kara sound), not loudly but internally. 3. Visualise this sound is ringing and filling your whole being/body. 4. Chant as intensely as possible but not loudly. 5. Do this just for 8-10 minutes but intensely. You will notice that you will be alive during your sleep. When you will be out of sleep you will be fresh. Your walk from bed to the bathroom will be an ecstatic dance. Develop Capacity To Make Dreams Into Reality & Intelligence To Understand Reality Itself Is A Dream
All your dreams are made of the same stuff in which the world is made. Your whole world is made of the same stuff in which your dreams are made. This meditation will develop two things: 1. The capacity (Shakti) to make your dreams into reality and 2. The intelligence (Buddhi) to understand reality itself is a dream. Meditation Instructions: Guidance for the first cycle, Stand up and keep your legs a foot apart and do the following process: A. Inhale as slowly as possible, hold as long as possible, when you feel you can't hold anymore, exhale as slowly as possible. B. After exhalation, do not inhale, keep your lung empty as long as possible C. When you want to inhale, inhale as slowly as possible. Guidance for the second cycle: It is a guided meditation. Meditation Technique To Encourage The Innate Immune System & Self-Healing Intelligence Of Your Body
This meditation technique is to awaken and make your whole body strong and alive. Here strong does not mean animal strength. This is the technique to be 24 hours alive and energetic. This meditation technique will help you to encourage the innate immune system and self-healing process of your body. It is a two-level technique: Make enough space, tie the ribbon on the eye and lie down. 1. You are going to tense your body step by step from toe to head. This will create maximum awareness, whatever toxins you have collected, tension and stress you have collected, you are going to melt everything through this step. This technique will remove the energy clot which is responsible for pain in the body. Next step: 2. From Head to toe - by breathing (inhaling and exhaling) through every body part. Visualise that every part of your body is inhaling and exhaling, individually and independently. (For example - visualise head is shirnking and expanding, It is taking the prana shakti in and leaving the impure prana out). Feel part by part, individually and independently body part is inhaling and exhaling except the nose. Initiation Into Brahma Aksharam (ஃ), Brahma Dhyanam to Experience Nirvikalpa Samadhi
Brahma Aksharam maha Aksharam is the ultimate mantra, truth. This is what SPH received on this yoga Pattabhishekam day. Through this initiation, SPH is sharing the science of enlightenment with all of us. SPH says, "It is like a technique, it can give you enlightenment suddenly". There is something which does not need to be remembered as you which is there as ‘you’ which remembers everything. Whether you are sleeping, in a waking state, in the dream state - there is something which is in you which remembers everything and you don't need to remember ‘that’. ”that” which is in you, which does not need to be remembered but remembers everything including what you think as you, is Arunachala! Cognising that, sit with this letter “ak’ (ஃ) (अक) - putting the lower throat on the upper palate. The Three Dots (ஃ) Is The Three Qualities. This Is The Brahma Akshara, Maha Akshara. In all of us, there is something which does not need to be remembered, there is something which cannot be forgotten that only remembers everything, you all have it right now. Sit with that. That is what is Brahma Aksharam, Brahma Dhyanam, Brahma Dhyanam means, meditating on Parabrahman, Brahma Aksharam means the mantra for the Parabrahman. In the handwritten document given by Isakki Swamigal explaining the Deeksha procedure and initiation, I received from Isakki Swamigal. I am now giving you the Brahma Akshara Upadesham, Brahma Dhyanam. This is exactly the yoga Pattabhishekam. Brahma Dhyanam means, being in that ultimate - Parabrahma, Paramatma, Paramashakti, Paramam, ultimate Brahma Aksharam (maha Aksharam), is the three-dot syllable which puts you in that space, samadhi immediately. I will give you precise cognition. The three-dot means, there is something in you which you don't need to remember; it is there 24 hours in your waking state, dream state, deep sleep state. That is why after sleep you say I slept so well. You don't need to remember it and you cant forget it. Which you don't need to remember which you can't forget and that only remembers everything There is something in you which is these three qualities put together that is Arunachala, Paramatma, Parabrahma, Parandama, Paramashakti, Paramaguru. Remember that which cannot be remembered, cannot be forgotten, and that only remembers everything. That is what is cognition! It is not faith, not belief, not idea, it just clicks. Sit and try to understand this. Cognise: yes, there is something in me, I don't need to remember and I can't forget and that only remembers me and everything. That is what is Arunachala, Paramatma, Parabrahman, Paramashiva, Paramporul, Paramashakti, Parandama, Paramaguru.
